Staff was friendly. Jada was personable. However I was disappointed on how my full bracelet was cleaned.unlike the store I frequent in my hometown where they remove each charm & put into a machine. Usually taking a half HR or more while I shop. Bracelet n charm had gunk inside the charm openings & blackened clasp. Nasty!

My wife and came in to get her bracelet looked at and left with excellent care information we never knew...

Was able to get an item I saw online but the cashier didnt make me feel welcome. When I walked in, she let me know they were only taking cash, but gave me a look as if I couldnt afford anything. 2 stars only because I got the item without having to wait, but wont EVER go back to that store!! Online only for now and on💯

We walked in and were treated nicely. It wasn’t until I walked away after my purchases that I noticed the manager and employee talking about how much I spent and both of them rolling their eyes. I get it. Commission based jobs are hard, but maybe it was the only money we had to spend at the time. You should want to make people feel special, not awkward.

FIRE REAGAN!!!!!!!!!This lady was rude to me and my girlfriend the entire time. My girlfriend thought her size was too small and politely asked her to show her both but the lady had given us a rude look and walked away talking under her breath when getting another size. Also she rushed us out the store upon purchasing and didn’t even bag her ring, and IGNORED us when we asked. I want her gone. A lot of my friends gives this place business and she does not meet the standards of what I think pandora should hold their employees too. Fix her attitude or let her go, and train your employees to be more professional

I like Pandora overall, nice jewelry, and usually the employees are nice, too. But NOT HERE. I was not alone and we were intended to actually buy stuff. There were people, but not like crazy crowd, and we were waiting for like 20 minutes until somebody would pay attention! Im just curious, how you are making any money working THAT slow? Nobody even came over even after I asked. Nobody even gave us catalogs to look at while we wait. So we left. Incredible waste of our time and disrespect to the customers. And usually we buy more than 2-3 items. Just think about it.

Let me tell you how I came to the pandora store in AC because my ring turned green and needed a cleaning and the rude sales lady by the name of Dawn, who has absolutely no customer service skills, said they don’t do cleanings. Furthermore, she advised me to buy some down and clean it myself, but to my understanding all the jewelry purchased in Pandora comes with warranty and cleanings, I know this as I own several pieces. I will be advising corporate to start providing customer service skills to all their staff as this “Dawn”, should not be employed until she receives training and stops turning loyal customers away especially if items bought are faulty.

4/3/21 was a cold day and it was a Lil windy but my husband and i waited outside where we could have waited social distanced away to not stand out in the cold but to no avail they didnt let us in and they lost a ready to buy customer!

Which I am pretty sure Pandora frowns upon.Angie and Dawn are rude and need serious customer service training. Pandora should be ashamed that they are representing their brand in such a horrible disgusting way. Not only are they rude but they are reserving special charms for themselves or family/friends who are then reselling them online for a ridiculous profit. This store and its employees need some serious investigating...hello Pandora!!!

Very rude manager and has no customer service. Didn’t let me say what I needed. Listens to her Coworker than listening to her customer. Was arguing with me instead of trying to solve my case and try to listen to what i wanted to say. I never had experienced like this since i was a customer. Horrible experience. I wish i never stepped in the store. Doesn’t deserve even one star. I put one star because i was forced in order to post my comment. 😡😡😡

I love pandora and spend a lot of money at the mall all the time but i got to go to the outlet in Atlantic city nj for a deleted item that I want to find, but i received the worst customer service not friendly, didnt show any interest in show me what i was asking and guess they assumed I couldnt afford them or something because they flat out send me away..

They had a Sale it was actually my bday that day!It wasnt busy but they were closing, the young lady was kind an informative, the sale items were ok, mine seem to cost more. The bracelet was good,I purchases 7 charms my birthstone shappire, n my Initials XO etc n others, They charge 4 the key that unlocks ur bracelet that should b free with 150 or more and the cleaning cloth too, thats ridiculous! my experience was ok. the coupons didnt apply to there sale a tactic, I saw in all the Dept. stores I use my AARP an my coupon booklet but instead of allowing us to use both we could only use there discount or the book which was a total diffrent sale item n two (2) charms. I felt they just wanted to leave they didnt want to be bothered. I dont think i will go there again, But i will attempt the one buy me.

I guess you have to dress well to earn a greeting. Today I walked in with few friends to get extra charms. I walked in and no sale person seem to care about who is walking in. I understand you are with someone but a simple hi isnt that hard. In fact, even last year when I made a 400 dollars purchase, I was getting the most horrible service. The same tbing also occurred to few of my cowokers who shop there. Now we all decide to never stop in Atlantic City location because thy need to train their associate better. I give a one rating only because the store looks clean.

This Pandora store doesnt even deserve a 1 star. I went for the weekend to AC spending my anniversary there and I wanted to get some new charms for my Pandora bracelet. When I walked into the store I did get acknowledge by a guy their I didnt catch his name. I ask him if they can clean my Pandora bracelet and he made an expression in his face like he didnt like what I had said to him and said hmmmmm( with attitude). So he looked over to a woman name Jaenelle and she intervene and said Oh no we have an audit tomorrow and we are not going to clean your Pandora bracelet. I asked if I can just leave it and pick it up in the morning and she then again said No. I asked again she interrupted me and said well where do you live with a little attitude, and I told her am from NYC and she then said well theres Pandora stores over there just go and get it clean by where you live. Now is that a way to speak to a customer? No not at all. I just walk out and didnt buy anything. WILL NEVER EVER EVER WALK IN TO THIS PANDORA TO WASTE MY TIME OR MONEY!!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

Just left Atlantic City Pandora store !! So excited, can’t wait to get home and check out the items again . Purchased my 10 year grand daughter a ring, and a panda charm, my daughter a bracelet and charm and my husband bought me a my forever wife charm all at 25% of the initial discounted price . YAAY !!! Shout out to manager Dawn very pleasant and helpful . Fun shopppng experience

My girlfriend visit the store to pick up something for a daughter that was graduating from eighth grade the service was terrific price is reasonable and the staff awesome would definitely go again unfortunately they do not sell engagement rings as I was looking to see if they had a sale soon LOL wishful thinking on my part ha ha

Horrible service. The two womenworking the counter did not know what they were talking about with warranty. The warranty on the rings is absolute garbage. If your ring gets bent (out of normal consumer use) because of the delicate metal, they will NOT REFUND, FIX DAMAGE, EXCHANGE, REPLACE, ANYTHING (because it has been worn, and apparently they change shapeto mold to your finger). If you want jewelry that is expensive and will last more than 1 yr, then do not purchase any here from Pandora. Every single bracelet, glass or dangle charm, ring, earring, & necklace that i have purchased from there has broken and even though it is under warranty, this Pandora store will not honor it and use certain phrasing to make it seem ok but you are really getting ripped off.

Bought a bracelet about 5 months ago even though a piece of the round ball came off 300 dollars for it with charms had my receipt they told me theres nothing they can do for me to call corporate I told them I didnt buy it from corporate had 2500 in my pocket whats going to buy two rings I told them to just lost a lot of money and a good customer they are the worst cant wait to call corporate
