This company is not registered in NJ. This is parent company of Aziz Construction LLC.The current issues at hand concerning your poor performance include:1. Not maintaining the work environment clean like leaving the trash (water bottles, plastic bags, soda cans, cigarettes etc..) in the backyard which is causing wind to blow trash into neighbor’s backyard.2. Working Late Night until 9PM causing the disturbance.3. Wasting the lot of material with lack of experience and not Complying to the state building codes.4. Keep on delaying the work without proper reasoning and not providing any information regarding work when they are planning to comeI am not responsible for the job you did without checking NJ billing construction codes which caused material wastage (like stair steps are not compliant with code, the type of footing you did is no longer acceptable by NJ, Ledger bolt without watchers). This is the contractors job to check the construction codes. I do accept that you fixed those mistakes except Stair steps but it is causing material wastage. I already paid 80% of the money on Aug28 the first day of the work itself by trusting you and also paid for whatever materials you bought. Be honest about it. Oct 24 th after 8 weeks works only done 50% i need to terminate the contract for delaying work and lack of workmans shipI need to hire new contractor for fixing the defective work done by sky pro, He charged 1300 he need to redone the Stairs completely.The owner is located Atlantic City he has registered multiple companies for cheating customers be carefulWorst company ever.5 to 7 days job work they are doing for last 2 months. They worked with expired insurance with i already reported to state doing illegal work.Stay away this companies.I believe all reviews are fake
