Every year I work a trade show at the AC Convention Center and have had the opportunity to work with the team at the UPS during each show. They are always amazing! I have never had a problem with but have had many solved by this team!

Ron was professional, quick, and very helpful. i came in with some mats to return but without their original boxes. instead of taking the opportunity to charge me for all new boxes, he helped me fit them into 1 new and 1 old, and graciously saved me money.i am grateful for the few customer service encounters that are that quality.great ups store.

I have used this store for 11 years. Ron is always friendly and makes me laugh every time i drop by to return one of my wifes packages! This place is awesome and Ron is always ready to help! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Such wonderful staff to work with and very easy to communicate with! They accommodated our every need and did it with a smile on their faces! We had an event at the convention center and sent over 100 boxes to them and we could not have asked for better service. Ron and Ken went above and beyond for us. I cannot wait to work with them again hopefully sometime soon.

My company was showing at the 2018 Atlantic City Boat Show this past week and we needed copies, prints, signs and much much more. I was very concerned on where I would find a stationary and sign company in the area, well low and behold I found the UPS store at the AC Convention Center and let me tell you they were a life saver to say the least. The gentleman there running the store, RON, was not only very professional but was helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Everything we needed he made happen. We had decided to have a raffle contest and needed a 2x3 sign made for display, well Ron made it happen, the sign was done perfectly and looked amazing, it was a great successes. Thank you Ron and UPS for having him and your store there in the AC Convention Center. Johnehat.

My Malwarebytes is stating that this location is operated by scammers . I dropped off packages with the white gentleman he said his name was Kenny . I have messaged the feds about my situation and will be going to the police. Every day I’m harassed by scammers and this location may have scammers operating out of social media. Please report to feds tip center information.

First of all trying to find parking for the place is impossible. There are no signs directing you where to go and I got yelled at by an angry parking attendant. I went inside to the store and told the clerk that I wanted to ship a bottle of whiskey. He told me nope, can’t do it. I told him that USPS told me they could ship flammable items. He said no we don’t have a licensing for it. I asked him how I can get home and he just shrugged his shoulders. I’m really apologetic for interrupting his phone call so that he could serve a customer.

I ordered package from ebay, UPS supose to deliver it. I never get the package. So I call costumer service. They tell me thay going to investigate it, and they will let me know what happened. They never did. So I call tham again, everything what they gonna do is reinventing. Probably nobody is going to let me know what happening. So I lose my money, and I didnt get the thing what I needed. Really bad costumer service.

I printed 2 papers and asked for a plastic bag, I was charged $3 for that.
