The biggest and best thing to me is honesty. Quality Tire does NOT tell you of bogus things you need done to your car or truck. You go there for anything and its done as expeditiously as possible, no unnecessary repairs and their pricing is reasonable.........AND they do military discount.......WAT YO GO QUALITY TIRE

I will never take my car anywhere else they are very friendly and care about there customers. I had to get a new tire today and they close at 5 I was late getting off work and they waited until 530 for me to get there to pick up my car. I ordered a set of tires from here on March 12. The guy behind the counter told me the computer said they would be in that Monday, but will probably be Tuesday or Wednesday because they were backed up. He said he would call to let me know when they came in. I waited until the following Friday (March 19) to call and check the status of them. The lady on the phone said she had to check her tire sheet, and would call me back when she finds them to let me know the status. Never got a call back. Called Saturday morning (March 20), and another lady told me that 2 of the 4 were in, and that they would let me know when the other 2 arrived. Waited another week. Called Saturday morning (March 27) and the guy told me that they had 2 there the whole time, and were waiting on the other 2, but they were in. So they had all 4. I asked if he could visually check to make sure all 4 are there before I drop my truck off. He said he would go look right now, and give me a call right back. For the third time, no one ever called back. Terrible customer service. I went there because they had good reviews, and was recommended by a friend, but that place is HORRIBLE. Ended up going to Tate Bros in Millington. They got me the same tires ordered and installed THE NEXT DAY. Highly recommend them over Quality Tire.

Quality Tire didnt have my tire in stock. They ordered one to be delivered the next day. When I came back the next day to get my tire on...it was the wrong tire. Josh stepped in and got the right tire in that same day and gave me a fantastic deal! Kudos to Josh!I highly recommend them! Perfect Customer Service!

Nice people, good prices, great service

I was told that my car would be ready by Monday after dropping it off Saturday morning for a front wheel bearing replacement and replacement of a vehicle output speed sensor and these two jobs should only take an experienced mechanic 2.5 hours to complete but it’s now Tuesday. Quality Tire was very prompt to get me a quote and have me bring my vehicle in for service but it does not seem they’re very quick at making repairs. Quality Tire does appear to be a busy place but again it should not take you more than a day to make the two repairs that I was told would be completed by Monday. I’ll update my review once I receive my repaired vehicle and they tell me why the repair was delayed beyond what was provided to me at the time of receiving my quote.Update: Took 4 days for them to repair a front wheel bearing. This place has terrible time management skills. The repair was done properly but I will never bring another vehicle of mine to this place.

Always have a good experience and they do quality work

Decrepit is how I would describe their sense of urgency. They make Walmart look like a Jiffy Lube. Arrived at 8:25 am, 2 cars in bay with no others waiting, was told 30 minutes for an oil change. Employees coming in and out of garage area cutting up with each other constantly as new customers arrive. At 9:05 my truck still sat in the parking lot as they pull one in that arrived 15 minutes after I did. I told them to retrieve my keys and I left. If you’ve got all day to loiter, this is the place for you. Never again.

Went in for an alignment and mount a set of tires I had already, took 4 hours and received every excuse they could think of, female staff was nice about it but male staff was like “that how it goes sometimes” followed with 5 reasons why it took them so long.

I walked in this afternoon asking for a tire rotation. I have directional tires and that means that for a rotation, two of the tires have to be dismounted, swapped, and then installed on the opposite wheels. (The other two just move to the rear wheels) They accomplished the job and were very courteous. The results? My car drives and handles better. The ride is as smooth as wet ice. Originally, my wheels and tires were mounted and balanced by a competitor in Atoka, TN and clearly, they didnt get it right. Quality tire fixed me up right and I really appreciate it. It was a long wait but, the wait was worth every minute.

Called and asked how long wait time was to get 2 tires mounted and balanced. They told me would be taken back within 30 minutes. 2 hrs later Im still waiting for it to be taken back. Will never come here again

Man I tell you what, quality tire showed out today.........I’ve been doing business with them while working for Dr. English @ EVC for the past three years, everything from oil changes to me walking in and them asking. “Did you pop another tire” 😂. Today when I picked my vehicle up from an oil change I was very surprised to say the least. I just moved down here and Im excited I found these guys. Great customer service, great prices, and they even have free snacks and drinks in their lobby area. Their waiting area and bathroom are very clean with reading options and music playing. I really cant say Ive had a better overall experience getting an oil change.

Came in with a tire with what I thought was one hole, they found two before taking it to the back. Had them patched within an hour aired up back on the rim ready for me to get back to my van. Great service, nice shop, they have a bigger building opening up soon. It will be my new go to place for tires.

Stopped in to get a tire fixed and it ended up taking most of the day, because the technician broke the key to my lock nuts. They did solve the situation but it took most of the day.

It was fairly quick both times I had my oil changed here, but I always feels super awkward over here. But I guess you pay for quality not comfort lol. Ill probably be going somewhere else next time.

We take all of our vehicles to Quality for tires & oil changes. They always have fast friendly service. On Saturday I recommend getting there early or having someone pick you up. Its a busy day for them, but they will get you taken care of.

My usual go to place was closed with no sign on the door, so I wasted that time. So I decided to go to Quality Tire in Munford to get the oil changed in my truck (wife driving)And to get an alignment on my Jeep. The oil change was quick. The alignment....I had to wait for a bit...but thats ok. Once in the guy working on my ole jeep had his work cut out for him. He finally got It aligned and I was on my way.

Had a screw in a tire, stopped by and they took care of it. Also had them rotate my tires while I was there. Fast and courteous as always.

Had a sudden and unexpected emergency. Got to shop after 3 pm and they finished repairs a little after 4 pm. Staff was courteous and explained what was needed. Cost of repairs was reasonable.

Late last Thursday (3:30 pm) I was heading home and realized my truck had issues. Wheel hub assembly was going out and had a long drive on Friday. Theses guys went to work fast and got my truck fixed in a couple of hours. We always take my wifes truck there for tires and service. Been going here for years. Always trusted them to do a good job. This last time, they over inflated all 4 yires. One exploded 3 hours later at a childs birthday party. Went back to see what they would do. Was told it was not their problem since we didnt buy the tires from them. Said that the tires could be inflated to 85 psi!!! Door of truck said 50 psi. I think I will go anywhere else now. So will my whole family and all of my friends.

I went to get a synthetic oil change and tire rotation on my car. It took a little over an hour and the place seemed busy. Staff was pleasant but barely interacted with me so I cannot say if they were nice or not. My car drove very stiff afterwards so I checked my air pressure which should be 32 psi. It was 45 psi on all 4 of my tires and that is the max for my set of tires! I was very upset no one told me that they did that and did not check the door of my car for the correct psi. I will not go back here again.

Had a complete front end and brake work done back in December 2016. The upper ball joints were failing again and I brought it back. They replaced it with no questions. I know that anything man made will break so the fact that it failed after only 8 months is not that much of an issue. But rather that Quality Tire and Brake upheld their customer service standards. Thats customer service personified.

I was traveling through and noticed my tire pressure was low, so I pulled in to see if they could plug my tire.... they came out and looked at my tire and showed me how my tire was ripping along the seams, they quickly got me a new tire on and out the door....if I would have continued putting air in tire, I would have had a blow out on interstate...I previously stopped at another location prior to my trip and they didnt look.
