They were so great!! Everyone who worked there was so nice and they fixed my phone In leas than a day and it needed a new screen and a new charging port. And the prices were also great!! Very reasonable!! I will be using them from now on!!

These guys are great! They had all the parts I needed to build my first gaming PC! Something Ive wanted since I was really young, I also bought one of the power banks and got it engraved with the machine they have and it came out looking very nice, Ive been in there a lot getting new parts for my computer, they were also able to get my laptop a new battery and replace my hard drive with an SSD which made it sooo much faster, I also got my back glass replaced on my Samsung, I thought it was going to take forever but it was only about 20 minutes, I highly recommend coming here for computer and phone repairs!

I’ve been there twice and they’re the best. They replaced my husband’s screen for a good price this past year. I went in there last week because my speaker wasn’t working well and my phone was hard to hear on speaker or watching videos. They cleaned the speakers and it’s working so much better now. Thank you Tipton Repair! I’ll also add that they are very nice and professional.

Repaired my IPad screen. I had initially used I-fix in Memphis and they didn’t seal the screen down very well, it came loose 2 weeks later and the home button stopped working and they wanted to charge me again. Tipton Repair fixed the home button, showed me why the previous fix failed, which actually led to the button breaking, and worked with me on the repair costs! This is who I should have used from the start!

I got my phone fixed from here and it was great until dust and dirt started getting under my screen and i didn’t know how it got under there so i looked around my phone and found out that my screen wasn’t completely closed like i can look through the little crevis and see the light of my phone

These guys know what theyre talking about. Took a drowned iPhone XS in but it was too far gone. Found my old iPhone 6s plus and it had repaired then swapped the SIMs between the 2 phones. These guys took several days on the first phone because they needed parts but the 2nd phone just took a couple of hours. I highly recommended these guys.

Thought I needed a new charging port on my Iphone 11 because I had to prop it up or put weight on it to make it charge, took it in to your shop and your guy cleaned a bit of pocket lint out of it and BOOM it charges like new again, took him about 15 seconds. I cant thank your guy enough I have been messing with this thing for 2 months. I really do appreciate your service.

My previous review stated that this facility had issues servicing pcs. Apparently the owner was out of town at the time, and has since gone to great lengths to correct the situation. I can gladly say that I now recommend them for all computer repair.

Had my pc for over a week. Never even looked at it but told us every day tech was getting to it. Just needed to know if they could save stuff stored on the hard drive. They came highly recommended but not by me. The person who took in my laptop was very short with me, like I was bothering him with my business.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Also, fixed my phone in about an hour...awesome. One employee even suggested that I order something off Amazon instead of paying them to fix it. That is a business that cares about their customers. I will definitely be back if I have any problems with another electronic device.

Ive known Tim for about 5 years. Hes a very honest person, and an innovative and fast tech. Fixes just about anything, from small engines, to network servers. Cars and Solar. He also designs and builds custom electronics, for himself and others. All around great family guy, who finally opened his own shop.

Honestly if you need something small fixed (screen cracked, ect) this would be the place to go. Anything else, I recommend taking it to a professional. I went it with my Mac book and had slight water damage on the keyboard. The man who was ringing me up was vaping the whole time and not professional. My biggest issue was my computer. I went and got it after almost two weeks there. They had originally told me since it was such a small amount of water that they would order the part and I’d have it in a few days. I ended up taking it to the Apple store and they fixed it. They also gave me a list of everything they had to fix. Including that they had to realign the keyboard and (the biggest one) they also said that some of the components were missing and that they pretty much had to replace everything because the parts had been messed up. Anyways, everyone at Tipton repair were very nice, but I definitely won’t be going there anymore after what the Apple store told me about my computer :(
