Exceptional customer service definitely on point and everything that they do. Had a little problem with my remote starter they installed while back they had no problem servicing it taking care of it no charge of course I tipped. The only way to treat people today especially awesome people like these guys. When I do get my money up for my stereo system for my other car and my wifes car I am definitely having them do all the installation and Ill be purchasing everything directly through them thanks again guys awesome job.

I lost my package last week and it was a whole struggle to retrieve it. The mail carriers left it at this location and the receptionist was extremely helpful and kind and deserves everything great :) thank you to her I wish I could’ve gotten her name

My remote starter was installed in a very timely manner. Enstyle was super quick, efficient, and helpful in every way. I waited in the main lobby. There is a beautiful Koi Pond, comfy couches, a large tv, and plenty of plugs. I was able to charge my phone and work computer while I waited. I had read from other comments that masks were not worn. All employees who were in contact with customers had masks on or made sure they put one on if they had to interact with a customer. The product works great and I am very pleased. Their prices are great compared to other locals. Highly recommend!!!

I have always had a pleasant experience with enstyle rides. They provide what Ive come to realize an outstanding service. They have done several jobs and provided me with several supplies whether for my cars or bikes. Very reliable. Whatever you need for your car or bike, whether as simple as a light set-up or a full build they are the way to go. Much respect for them!!!!

This place was great. The customer service was amazing. From setting my appointment to checkout was 5 star. The technician gave me a thorough explanation of my starter remotes and made sure I tested everything before I left. I highly recommend them and will return for more services as needed.

Sad it has come to me leaving a 1 star review, I’ve dealt with Enam for many years. I’m the type of person who is a faithful customer even when quality isn’t it’s greatest but I’ve had enough! There are many better places out there that have true customer service and will take care of their valued customers. If you are looking to be a valued customer I do not recommend enstyle rides. I will leave it at that!

Terrible customer service! Made an appointment over two weeks ago for a remote starter. Explained make and model and representative informed us installation would not take long at all because ‘18 model. When I arrive, I’m informed it will take 2-3 hours and I explained that’s not what I was told. Didn’t even acknowledge their mistake, then representative that I spoke with said it’ll be less than 2-3 hours. I waited for an hour and a half. To then find out car wasn’t even worked on, and she told me it’ll take another 45 minutes to an hour. Even after she told me it will be less. What’s the point of even making an appointment?! Poor customer service, they were not empathetic at all. On top of that, they were not following any safety guidelines. They were interacting with the public with no masks and no regard to social distancing. I will not go back to this place and hope everyone that reads this does the same. They don’t care about their customers as mentioned in other reviews. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, so rude and disrespectful.

Have been trying to call but the phone just rings or gets cut off. Trying to reschedule. Star rating is to just get their attention. Will change rating once installation is complete. Will check back for reply.Tried getting a hold of them and they didnt even bother to call as to why I missed the appointment. Ill keep it as one star. I got my refund from Groupon so Im not worried. Hopefully Enstyle will realize their issue. Im not the only person having this issue. Many reviews on Groupon and other sites are stating the same.

Found them through Groupon, was told their starter was $250 not to buy the Groupon..... ok weird but I didn’t. Made my appt for a couple weeks out.Called back to ask how long it would take, about 3 hours. It only took 2.... girl behind the counter didn’t really wear a mask, nor did the guys in my car but whatever.Had and issue with the parking lights staying on... they accidentally flipped a switch on my steering column that shouldn’t even exist lol. That took about an hour to diagnose bc it was weird.Was very mad at first but once we figured it out and I was certain my car was ok I was very happy!The remote start is the best thing in cold New England weather!!

No one wearing masks. Made an appointment a month in advance and booked 4 people in front of me. Waited 3 hours being told “45 minutes to an hour” every time I asked. Couldn’t wait any longer and walked out.

They were courteous and explained everything on the phone and the total cost. Easy drop off and after about 3 hours went to pick up. A bonus was they will for a short price swap the remote starter whenever I get a new car.

At first I thought owner offered good customer service when I first set the appointment with this place but that was the end of it.Multiple appointments. Nothing done.Inconsiderate of health concerns by not wearing a mask around an immunocompromised person. Place did not follow safety guidelines.Two times I called per the request of the owner/manager to follow up on orders supposedly on the way, was left on hold and not followed up with. There are times owner leaves phone off the hook and it is impossible to get ahold of anyone.I ended up going somewhere else and got things done in one visit. I didn’t even mind paying a little extra.Nothing personal, but going to this place was a waste of time even though it was recommended by a friend that knows the people at the shop.

I took my car to have a remote car starter installed. It was a smooth process that could have taken an eternity - but was done in what felt like a mere hour. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and conscientious. Id recommend this place to any and everyone. Thanks guys!

I was very happy with how quick there were able to install my remote start. Every remote starter has always included the key fab. This one was programmed to my factory key fab and the range is not great. When I called to ask for a aftermarket key fab they said it would cost an extra $60.00. I never heard of this so I when I asked why they said this system doesn’t come with it. For $249.00 it should come with it.

Very unprofessional. Went there to have my speakers and radio installed, first they had to reschedule because they didnt have the dash harness for my car and radio, then a few days later had problems with the radio turning on/off, they also told me my old speakers wouldnt fit and suggested/bullshitted me into buying their speakers which were louder and better than my old ones even though they never heard my old ones, then when after taking it to another shop i found out my old speakers did fit and were able to be installed. I had problems with two sets of tweeters they sold me and got into a pissing contest over the phone about when they would be able to fix it then told me to go get it fixed elsewhere. They hung up the phone on me and i will not be returning to give them business. If i pay for a job to be done i expect it to be done right and not have to return for issues to be fixed every other week or at least squeeze me in to do a quick fix that is their fault, honestly how long could it possibly take to replace a couple tweeters mounted on the door panel?

I bought a groupon deal for an automatic car starter installation for this place. Service went well. They had some difficulty with my car because the Subaru crosstrek installation for an automatic car starter is difficult. I had to come back to the shop because when I left the lock and unlock buttons on my original key fob was not working but I brought it right back and they fixed it. Overall good service. I would recommend.

I was given a groupon for an automatic car starter around Christmas time and finally went in to redeem it. The guys worked hard to accommodate everyone. The starter was the best gift I was ever given. Six months later I began having an issue with the starter and some of the wiring under the dash(possibly due to my large feet). I called, they scheduled me an appointment and had it fixed in less than 10 minutes and thanked me for my business. No fee, no hoops to jump through, and no putting me at the end of the line because I wouldnt be a paying customer this time. I would highly recommend enstyle rides to friends.NOTE: When 250+ groupons are sold for the exact same service dont expect a miracle, it takes time to do this right. These guys were doing 30+ starters per day and take pride in their work.

I m a previous customer and i had made an appointment for window tint. they told me to leave a deposit for it before my appointment so that they knew i wouldn t flake on them, they didn t say how long before. i came in the day before and was told my appointment had been given away. they had my phone number and didn t contact me to let me know. i m also a previous customer who made good on the last appointment. when i was told they gave my appointment away they made no effort to reschedule me or make it right. ran by a bunch of punk kids
