Denise is the best!!! She’s so helpful and a wealth of knowledge. Kelly is a phenomenal manager and they make a phenomenal team. I drive from Swansea just to shop at this wonderful store. A++++++

Good products if you know what you are looking for. Staff was not knowledgeable of where items are located or to recommend a product nor did they know how to cancel an online order. Two people working at the time and neither one of them knew their way around their system.

Its the best place to go if youre not a licensed cosmetologist.

First time here and they werent very helpful at all. She asked me for my phone number but didnt explain why she needed it. I asked about what rewards do they offer and she didnt really get into detail about anything, nor inform me how to sign up. My items were left on the counter unbeknownst to me I didnt realize you have to pay for a bag. I purchased a disposable bag because I would never visit this location again.

I went to Sally to get my hair products as usual. There were 2 girls Jenny and Denise that greeted me.They were very nice and extremely helpful. When I asked there opinions on certain thing they had alot of knowledge on the product and helped me out alot I will definitely recommend this store to everyone and I will tell them to ask to speak with Jenny and Denise thank u for the patience and help I wish there where more workers like the 2 of them .

Found a nail polish, I had been looking for, for a long time.

Stores gone down hill. Not one clipper for sale, no clipper guards. I couldn’t even find a squirt bottle. The older lady is just the worst and the other younger blonde lady has no idea what she’s doing and just looks hungover all the time. This is the closest Sally’s to my house used to go often. Will never go here again until they change staff.

Everyone was rude and didn’t acknowledge me at all, one of the employees walked away from the register and walked by me and didn’t say anything. I was waiting by the sew in extensions for help then went over to the front counter and still got ignored and no help. All together first time being here wasn’t worth it.

Brought my girl and daughter there recently they came out super fast and happy saying this is best Sallys theyve been to the staff was super helpful Jen and Denise both knew exactly what they needed and led them right to it 😁

Service here is top notch, everyone is friendly, helpful, AND knowledgeable! Prices are sometimes rather high, but then again Sallys carries top shelf products so thats to be expected. Ive never had a bad shopping experience here, the only thing that sometimes annoys me is that theyre occasionally out of the hair or nail products Im looking for.

Im so mad right now. I went down there with enough time to do my husbands hair today. I asked about lighteners and the girl suggested one. She failed to mention that it requires a developer and allowed us to leave without any. She never asked if we had some at home. Now Im stuck not able to do this today. Dont have your employees recommend products if they dont know how to use them.

Did not go there mr. Computer spy. Went to Petco, which is none of your business. Where did you go and with who? Very invasive. Myob. But not bad today at Petco. And you?
