Wonderful shop! They take the time and effort to make sure that you get a bike that truly fits you! Jared was so patient with helping my 13 year old daughter who is so so picky find a bike that she likes. Thank you! We had gone here first to see what they had and then checked out another shop in North Attleboro. We came back here the next day because we like the service and didnt feel like it was all about just making the sale. He had her ride around the area to ensure she felt comfortable and even rode along on another bike too. We highly recommend you get your next bike here!

Every time I go to Union Cycle, I am met with the absolute best customer service. As I am a novice, they always take a little extra time to answer my questions and explain mechanics/maintenance of road bikes. They are truly passionate and experts in what they do. Seriously would give them 6 stars if I could. If you live in the area and have bicycle needs, this is the place you need to go!!

This shop knows their bicycle business! I had been trying to solve my bicycle seat problem for years. The employee knew exactly what the problem was. He had the appropriate seat in stock. He is very knowledgeable about several of my issues. Highly recommended!

Guys were great, quick late eve personable service on my old raleigh...saved my biking season 🤟😊bent frame, rubbing tired tire, misaligned breaks, bent derailer .....took my abused highly used bike and got me back in the saddle...best experience ever...highly recommend. Telling all my friends

Rude with lack of product knowledge.

Don’t get me wrong they have good bikes for sale and plenty of flashy accessories, but when it comes to getting my bike fixed they just can’t get the job done. I always have to come back because the bike didn’t actually get fixed and therefore Im constantly spending my money on their mess ups! Don’t ever get your bike serviced by these guys they will have the bike for over a week without even looking at it, they will say it’s all fixed but you will have to come back guaranteed, and also their “full tune up” includes tire pressure check and chain lube thats it! Its a real shame people spend money here!

Union cycle has been doing a yearly tuneup on iur Trek EBikes since we purchased them in 2015.

I was out riding with my husband and daughter when my seat came loose. I did not want to cut their bike ride short so I put my bike on the rack and drove to Union. What lovely people! They fixed my seat right away (I had tried to weeks to get it right every time it came loose) they fixed it right there no questions asked. It matter when you have a local business that cares! Thank you Union!

Excellent store, all high quality products, exceptionally talented staff both in product knowledge and mechanical repair. You couldnt find a better place to purchase a bicycle and accessories. When I purchased my bike they adjusted and fitted everything perfectly to my body size. i cant say enough good about Rick and his staff, they are the best.

I absolutely recommend this bike shop for any repair. I needed to replace the single speed cassette on my BMX bike and was turned down by sirois bike shop. On the same day I went to Union cycles and they not only removed my old cassette, but they replaced it with a new one in less than 10 minutes for $10. Truing spoke rims cost around $20 as well. Union cycles is the most honest bike shop in the Attleboro area.

I have been shopping at Union for many years. I live closer to other bike shops but go to this one. Always great service and they answer every question. Recently had an issue with my Bike and the team at Union worked real hard to get it all figured out and back on the trail quickly. I highly recommend this bicycle shop for repairs and shopping!Update:Ron and Tim save the day! I had an old wheel that was no longer supported fail. Went to 3 different shops no one had the time to take on the work. Not the case at Union. They found me a new wheel and got my bike back to me super fast. Thank you!!!

Needed a few things for a used bike I bought - tubes, tires, shoes. Nothing big but they were needed. Got the help I needed to make the process easy and no pressure to buy high end low end - just what I needed based on how much I ride. Also got help with some remounting of the tires as a walk-in. Really great.Will def buy from these guys again.

Told them repeatedly the work I wanted done, which was to install a new part since the old one was broken. get the bike back and they fix the old part and hand me back the new part. Why would I buy a new part that I want installed and you fix the old part??? Makes no sense. Then when I get my bike back, it miraculously has a new non related issue.. I went from the trail to the shop with my bike and I know for a fact this issue wasn’t there before I brought my bike in. Stay far away from their service department.
