Staff was extremely helpful in answering my questions so I didnt have to waste my time in the store. Everything is airy and open here. Masks were required at the time I went. I needed a new chair, so glad they had some set up that I could sit in.

The print center staff is very helpful and efficient. Mel is awesome! She does everything on her power to help and to make a costumer happy. Thank you!!

Came here to print on 12x12 sticker paper which I was told the previous week when I brought the papers in I could do, I was told to come back when they are printing. I came back and the lady couldn’t figure out how to adjust the paper size setting on the computer so instead of figuring it out or giving me the option to cutt the paper her supervisor came over and told me they are not allowed to print on that type of paper. A waste of time. You can’t pay people to care anymore. It’s like it’s easy to just make up a lie and say no then spend a little extra time and figure it out.

Mel, in print, was amazing. I spent the day trying to get a major project done with a deadline at 3pm. We made it because of her. I want he’s her take verbal abuse all day. She was relentless. I am very grateful.

This store is extremely neat everything has a place nothing is on the floor. Staff is extremely helpful brings u over to items that you looking for they are very polite and respectful they helped me with everything thing I needed also because I was having problems with the rewards program they gave me a card and they were able to fix the problem on fathers day. They have restrooms which are very clean. Check put is quick and easy I was in a checkout line for less than a minute. ATTLEBORO has the best staples around. They have let me use there computers for free one time because I was having a issue w my items to print and on top of that they did a beautiful picture copy and did not charge me. I would not go to any other STAPLES. ONLY STAPLES I GO TO IS IN ATTLEBORO AND THEY R always THE BEST WITH THE MOST AMAZING AND HELPFUL STAFF TRY THIS STAPLES AND I BET YOU WILL FEEL THE SAME.HAVE A GREAT DAY!!!

I was treated with so much respect by the clerk who checked me out and the manager. She had to count out 90 folders with different labels. Her patience and kindness was amazing. Very helpful. I was getting my tires rotated so I went to do some shopping at staples. I paid let the bag there and went to Burlington coat factory. I went back to staples and she made me aware that I forgot about memory stick.

I just had a print out done here. It was confusing for me with their printer down, and I had a problem doing it myself. Dealing with the “do it yourself machine” and getting the doc. out of my computer was frustrating for me until Natasha came and helped me. She stayed with me, solving my problems, until it was printed, through all my difficulties until it was complete. She never gave up on the situation. Thank you Natasha! You were great! When I come back to Staples with my next project it will be solely because of the help you gave me.

I really love this store specially LISA. i really appreciate her service. she is amazing with customer. i know she is one of supervisor but she can be a store manager one day. i love staples rewards program.

Convenient and supplied!

I get a lot of stuff printed at this Staples and have never had an issue. Im pretty picky and theyve never minded reprinting it. I came one day during a sale and the staff was really friendly. I was there late and they still helped me.

I have shopped at this Staples frequently for many years. They almost always have exactly what I need or will help me find it in the online store for home delivery. My copies have generally been spot on. Staff very friendly. My only complaint is the new store location has a funky smell that makes me queasy with a headache in short order. It may be carpet glue. But they have been in this location for quite a while and the smell has not abated.

Worst experience in my Life, I went there to print some copies and replace my Shredder they didnt help me with the Shredder at all and they were horrible services they should be ashamed at the way they treat my mom and me with racism and horrible customer service, There was a chubby hispanic girl who was laughing at us and didnt help us with the printer . Me as a Black Hispanic pearson felt life-treathem by the employees they were mocking us. I am never coming back to that Staples this was 1/25/2019.

The staff is nice, and knowledgeable. The store though is considerably smaller, this is because the store underwent a renovation. Also, the past layout was easier to remember than the new one.

Quick and helpful sales associate. Not crowded. There was gum on the floor right in the entrance, but I can forgive that.

The place is well stocked with good prices and the associates were very helpful. No pointing and walking away, they actually took me to the items I could not find.

I could not give you even one star. I was just left waiting for twelve minutes and eventually had to hand up. At one point a very unruly girl picked up the phone and mumbled something and put me back on hold for another ten minutes. Who is running this Company???? Shame. If you want to get businessyou should employ mannerly people and have enough people to respond to a telephone call. I was forced to give one star, but you do not deserve it.

We went in there to get boarding passes for a flight out of Providence I was not too familiar with the computer so I asked the woman behind the counter for a little help how to do it she said we do not give help so I said okay and did my best and gut my boarding passes out with no help from Staples which OfficeMax was open and close by
