Cant tell how the eye exam went as I never got to leave the waiting room. Waiting an hour (who knows how much longer) because theyre behind is just unacceptable especially when the office receptionist is either gabbing on the phone or with customers. (How about calling patients saying theyre an hour plus behind instead of chitchatting with friends)Then after waiting an hour, I had enough. Receptionist then says sorry and says next time I come in I can move to the front of the line. How the heck does that work with appointments and ONE doctor??? How do I move ahead of the line?They must have so many patients to even care about customer service or peoples time.

Receptionist (wife?) tells me and and eventually the person behind me that the doctor is running over an hour late.Thats nice. You think she could have called me or the guy behind me to say that. No, she was too busy chatting it up with people she knew in the office.Ill never go back. If you think talking to friends is more important than making sure customers are aware of a 60+ minute wait time then maybe you should retire and have plenty of time to chat it up.

I have been with Dr K for more than 30 years. He has always been attentive when doing the eye exam. He takes great detailed notes when you are with him. It makes me feel that Dr K is getting right! I have no question on what is going on with my eyes. Thanks Dr K!!!

I LOVE this place! Dr. Kamens and Pauline are like family to me - Ive been going here for at least 38 years! Dr. K is so thorough with his exam and always listens to your concerns. Pauline is always very welcoming! I would never go any where else!

Had an appointment with dc Kamens.We arrived at time, waited for 1 hour and then left. The receptionist did not bother to tell us that we will need to wait for more than 1 hour because of some earlier emergency. So the doctor and staff do not respect patients and don’t think that our time is valuable too. Will never come back there again.

This was my first visit and although eyemed takes a while to load, the exam portion of my visit was thorough and educational. I have a bachelors degree of science for health and I worked at an optometrist for a few months... I STILL learned a lot from todays exam. Other reviewers arent even bold enough to make a review and credit their names. So take my word for it 5 stars for priorities.

Extremely poor customer service. Cant keep their promise and have patient come back day after day to deliver what was promised.
