This pharmacy is a disaster. I’ve been turned away more than once since they are always so short-staffed, and the drive-thru is often closed for the same reason. This fall I waited for over two hours for flu and TDAP shots even though I registered online in advance. Switching to Walgreens—or literally anywhere else— as of today.
Over a month ago I purchased their last bottle of womens Halston Perfume. Ive gone in periodically to purchase another. I was in again on Wednesday July 7th and spoke with a young women who appeared to be the supervisor or assistant manager regarding when they would be restocking the item- she took my name and number and told me she would request a special order for it. Today I get a call from another young lady stating Manager told her to call me to let me know they dont do that. Dont suggest you can do something when you cannot- train your employees correctly. Wednesday night there were 2 employees in the front end of store, 1 Pharmicist (called in from another location) and 1 Pharmacy Tech in the pharmacy area. The ladies in the pharmacy area were so overwhelmed and the wait was significant. They were turning people away because they did not have the time or manpower to pull the prescriptions off their computer and in some cases did not have medication in stock. It was truly unbelievable and I felt sorry for them. I ended up having to come back after waiting over an hour to pick up my prescription that I take daily and was out. Thankfully, I only live 5 minutes away. Ive been going to this location for over 35 years and have never seen the total chaos that they were in until then. In my opinion, this is a result of poor management.
I like the pharmacy staff and the employees they are very nice always helpful
I have been going to this particular CVS for many years. Everyone who works there has been very friendly, and most helpful when needed. The pharmacy staff have been consistently great - and when I have gotten a new prescription - they always offer great advice. Sometimes they are quite busy - and they handle that very well.
Its alright. Has some things. Not great on kids toys but a few things
Came to get a passport photo taken and was informed their camera was broken. For a multi-billion dollar corporation, youd think something like this would be rectified immediately. Clearly not for this location. 🙄
Bad place to shop. The pharmacy staff are great.
Incredibly dirty, messy and disorganized.
The worst experience of my life ever!!! I got an unopened box of Lovenox from CVS. My husband went to exchange with another of. The manager told him that she couldnt exchange it. My husband requested to buy another one out of pocket even was their mistake. She said that the whole box is 1000.00 of dollars. After that I called CVS again and she said me to pay $48.00.My husband went again and she said that it cost $ 350.00 .The very next day the doctor put another referral for it and the lady didnt approved it. I went to the other CVS right away and got everything. This stuff is rude, horrible, disrespectful which was playing games with us!!!
I wanted to go in quickly, get what I need, then leave. The pharmacist was extremely helpful in answering my questions and then bringing me to what I needed.
I think the manager Jessica is very rude, always with a mad expression in her face. I needed an override and she couldnt stand from her chair and do her job! I used to be a customer until today.
This CVS location has a friendly environment & very helpful people working there. The store is well kept and clean. The employees are very welcoming. At the pharmacy, all the employees Ive meet are kind and decent people. They are sensitive to a customers individual needs, and go the extra mile when it comes to helping a person with organizing prescriptions.Wether time sensitive, regularly scheduled, or sorting out a change/problem/issue with whatever the task may be; the employees of this pharmacy are fantastic at their jobs + deserve the recognition!
Recently averted a major disaster at the pharmacy. It was time to fill my monthly scripts but my Psychiatrist was out of town. I had been calling the office for 3 days and leaving messages just for this reason. I called my Psychiatrist on his cell phone and explained the situation. He promptly tried to blame me but stopped once I explained about my 3 calls/messages to his office. He agreed to call the pharmacy to authorize 3 days worth of medication until he returned on Wednesday, when I had to see him for the hard copies.CVS staff (not sure if it was Becky, Christine or Vanessa) handled the situation for me even though Dr. Golden can be hard to deal with. They did an awesome job and even allowed me to waive the co-pays as I didnt have enough money. Top notch pharmacy and 5 star customer service!!
All The staffvery pleasant knowledgeable of their job position I feel all need a raise in pay Very clean store
Convenient location close to train, never a wait at the pharmacy.
Great prescription prices
Always helpful. Will continue to go there as long as I live nearby.
They are friendly but I dislike how they stalk every one around . Let them shop, let them take their time . Seems like they want the customers to go in and out at a fast pace .
Pharmacy staff is rude and incompetent. Please go to any other pharmacy.
