Very nice people and atmosphere. If you have a problem like say they sold you a bag of dry tobacco, they will fix it without a fuss. They also have the best prices Ive found compared to anywhere else Ive been.

This store sells old and dried out product that will ruin your rolling machine. Buyer beware, heres my story:I purchased a bag of 8oz Top Tobacco from this store yesterday. The minute I arrived home I opened the bag and attempted to use my rolling machine to make some cigarettes, and to my surprise the tobacco was completely dried out and turned to dust in my hand. My rolling machine would not work correctly with this too-dry Tobacco, so I proceeded to call the store to explain that the Tobacco was too dry and old - the woman co-owner put me on hold for a minute, then came back on the line and proceeded to tell me to Put a carrot in the bag for a day!! I asked the co-owner why I should have to do this with a brand new bag of Tobacco, especially since I cant use the Tobacco for a whole day? The co-owner then told me to RETURN the bag. I immediately drove back to the store with the dried out Tobacco bag they had just sold me, only to arrive back to the store to be confronted by the male co-owner who told me that I had switched the contents of the bag with old Tobacco!! I was furious at being called a liar, but the male co-owner persisted with his accusations. I am appalled at this type of treatment and will never set foot in this establishment again.
