First time here and have to same the variety in merchandise was wonderful. Found some cast iron pots and pans that I have been looking for. The staff was very friendly and quite helpful qhen checking out. Yes, I will be back.

So I was in there today and overhead two people talking about watching a customer because theyre always in here shopping and act weird by moving all over the store from what I overheard, so they began describe the person and it was me, I actually lol. I felt a little weird in there the past few times. I shop often because your in my neighborhood and I shop erratically because idk ADHD, if I think of something I go and grab it because if I dont Ill forget. So sorry to disappoint you but I have never stolen anything form a store I dont need to but if I did having someone half my size wait outside probably not going to stop me if I did. I know biglots could care less but no I wont be back. Sorry me frequent shopping was so suspicious.

Didnt have my favorite paper towels bathroom tissue that I like but at you like the store.i hope they bringing soon because i running low.

Great store. Always buy too much stuff when I go in. They have great deals on seasonal items. If you dont want walmart then go to Big Lots. They just about all the same items for less money. Always good when that happens.

Other than the fact that this store is severely understaffed, its really very good with a nice selection of varied merchandise. Good quality king sheets are very well priced. Lots of inexpensive but good stuff.

Not fully stocked...assuming due to Covid19. Not everything has price tags & the price check in the aisle was disconnected. Could use a craft supplies aisle 😉. Good bargain store in general.

Big lots in Attleboro Mass theres a great store to find discounted items most of the time some items are priced rather high for a store like that but they have a huge furniture selection and they have some cosmetics and a hit or miss clothing and miscellaneous items they have cleaning items they have food and candy they have housewares and curtains and dishes they are handicap accessible with automatic doors and they are following all coronavirus protocols

Smaller store. Had food, Home goods, furniture, holiday stuff. Always looks clean.

Great shopping experience. Found items having seen since I was a child. Social distancing is great and people were friendly

Its was my first big lots to be honest. I wasnt very impressed felt like family dollar, Dollar tree and Dollar General and a furniture store rolled into 1.

Always can find a bargain at Big Lots

I love this store! Its a nice change if scenery from a Job Lot. Its the same idea of discounted overstock items but its much more organized and well kept. Some of the grocery items are amazing finds but be sure to check expiration dates, as many are nearing the dates. Its fine for something youre definitely going to use right away. They have an awesome home goods section and I get most of my household supplies here. Great for picking up quick gifts!

Sorry but my short trip there was almost worthless. Looks like it is going out of business. Poorly stocked shelves. Will not go back.

The shelves seem to be bare. You can still find somethings. Sometimes the lines are slow.

A good store for small stuff, and furniture, for some strange reason. Lots of great low prices on everyday items and a wide assortment of portable electronic accessories. Clean, bright, with a friendly staff.

Disappointed with the Fall decorations not enough and upset that Christmas stuff is already out...I havent even started decorating for the Fall yet. My favorite time of year is the Fall.

I love Big Lots they have some great deals on things the store is always clean I cant say the staff is always nice because theyre not but there are staff members that are very helpful and will bring you right to the place for the item that you were looking for and most of the staff a very pleasant respectful polite theres a huge parking lot you do not have to pay for parking and they extremely nice the ones that care about the job the store is is extremely clean and the restrooms Im not sure about so I have not been in there yet I hope this helps

Always only 2 woman working and they are almost always very pleasant. The older lady always goes out of her way to help!!! I will get her name for she deserves a raise. Im writing this letter in the middle of the night. I woke up and looked at my phone saw this app and first thing that came to mind was that older gal who helped me 10 min before closing. The only bad thing was that your digital coupons are so difficult to obtain and I REALLY need to save every penny I can. I spent $20 too much ☹. Customers service......they dont seem overly into selling products. I was there for over 2 hours trying to get some help buying a recliner. Left without recliner. They were unable to get the info on a chair in THEIR store for me to buy. Never again!!!!!!

Not much to say...in this place..employees never greeted me..the 10 rule is out the window!!...I my self am very customer service ORIENTED....Way below SUBSTANDARD...NEED TO IMPROVE..OR SEEK ANOTHER CAREER FIELD...THAT ALL...!!!
