Very helpful friendly knowledgeable staff... They had the item I was looking for at a reasonable price... The big box stores didnt have it... A case where bigger isnt always better !

I went in today with something I bought at a big box store it never worked the way it should until a very smart young man took time out to teach me how to use the machine and also and easier way to do a 50.1 mixture by buying pre mixed no ethanol gas. I wil continue to support this shops as should you they really care about customers and treat them as family.

Its a nice small family business and the owner is really nice .I have been coming here for years. They fix windows screens,lawnmowers and snowblowers. If you need keys made in town this the place to go....

I cant say enough good things about Eastern Supply. It is the hardware store I have been looking for for years and hadnt found until now. I had a problem with setting up a sprinkler pump that I had been tinkering with for many months with no luck. I went to various box stores and got the usual - nobody helping, when they finally did they didnt know what they were talking about, didnt have the right parts, etc. Paul and Mike were incredibly helpful - picking out every part for me by hand and showing me how to connect them. I will go to these guys from now on as my first stop when doing projects. Thanks Paul and Mike - your customer service skills are top notch!

Gotta love it .. Pop in .. Grab some supplies .. boOm! .. Outta there! Oftentimes i am met at the door with queries from staff regarding my needs and am promptly shepherded to the items. Huge chain hardware stores forced a lot of mom and pop stores to go the way of the Dodo. Sadly, quality service went with it. If that means something to you, then know that quality service is alive and well here. Prices are competitive here .. They are fair. What i find myself saving here, quite simply, is time. If something isnt in stock out on the floor I dont have to talk to 6 people to find out whether the store has it or not or -- worse -- enduring the aforementioned scenario and watching Larry, Moe, and Curly search in earnest for it because one of the previously mentioned 6 employees were actually conscious of their job description and searched Inventory on the pc. You will save time shopping here, and, lets face it, .. Thats a precious commodity

Sometimes Eastern is a very convenient store to run by and grab a few odd ball things. I stopped by to grab some toilet shims and the teller was quite rude, and on top of that threw them in a chicken sandwich bag! Last time Ill buy there.

I went here to buy a new ball valve to replace an old one that was leaking. They helped me rebuild the valve I had instead of buying a new one. They saved me time and money.

They dont have everything but they have many things. Its one of the smaller types of hardware stores so they have basics of most things. You can also find used small motor parts for things like mowers occasionally. It depends on what you need and when you need it.
