Ordered a hitch for my Jeep in MARCH 23 scheduled for JULY 3rd to put in, (thought that was big delay but whatever) they called me 3 days before apt to cancel. Have new RV pick up next week! Yikes. Have called uHaul Attleboro store trying to speak to manager Carlos 6x no answer. On hold 5-15 minutes each time. Spoke with Tracey @ Regional said would send Carlos an email to call me back. No call back. Can you say out of control? Whoa!

The store is under a new manager and I must say things have gotten much better compared to my experience a few months ago with a different manager. I have no complains, I received great customer service and the staff helped me out. Definitely Recommend.

Inexperienced help, horrible customer service.Unwilling to fix problem they caused. I was told 4 hrs when I made appt in person. They had my car from 7am to 445 pm. Wires hanging under car when I arrived to pick up.Be aware they are not following covid 19 policies as the clerk had no mask on!.

Poor experience. Did not have the parts to do my trailer hitch installation after I paid and scheduled the appointment online with all my truck information. Almost no communication and the installation took 4 hours even though I was told it would be an hour on the phone.

Not a great place. All the equipment etc is good but customer service was rough. Person at the counter does even wanted to get off his chair. Never went over with new system they have of checking your vehicle through email. Never provide any receipts for the transaction.

My wife reserved a van online and also spent about $50 on items she thought would be helpful during our moving son home from school for the summer. I questioned the extra purchase when picking up the van on the morning of the move and was told whatever we didnt need/use, we could return. After spending about $110 on the van, $14 to fill the tank, not to mention the $50 on mattress bag etc, we did not use $10.57 flat screen protector. When dropping off the van, I brought the tv screen protector (unopened) to return, I was told I could have a store credit, not an adjustment to my debit card for the original purchase, not $10.57 off the $110 for the van but a store credit at the U Haul store!Ill never give them another penny!

I had a good experience in this Uhaul location and staff was very friendly.

Incompetent customer service. Rep that helped me barely spoke loud enough to hear let alone explained anything about the rental service and fees. Ran my card and that was it. Highly recommend going to a different branch. Parking lot was a mess, no room for backing up or anyone there to assist you in navigating way out of the lot. This was my first and last time ever using this U-Haul.

Nightmare! I made appointment a week ago showed up they never put me in the computer. Only person working place has nails all over the parking lot. Customer service just as bad.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! CALLING SUCKS TOOK 20 MINUTES TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE THAT WAS CLUELESS, PUT BACK ON HOLD FOR ANOTHER 15 MINUTES BEFORE I HUNG UP!!

Next time They should check the vehicle with the client . There’s never no one to assist you you have to wait long, they lie to you they tell you your suppose to pay a certain amount you pay it and then they go and charge your card and then try to charge you again never again will I rent from here and I will tell everyone not to come to this location it’s by far the worse and there was a kid with no uniform behind the counter with headphones in playing on his phone not professional at all

Horrible, went to somewhere else after and they said the car was not safe to drive in. The car was in the shop all day even though they only said 1 hour would NEVER go again

The manager was completely rude. And he talked down to me. Why would you talk down to costumer who is paying to use your service. He made it so difficult to get a truck and a storage unit I felt like I was trying to buy a car with what they were asking. Pathetic. I went to another usual place and they said I dont need any of that. And then fact he didnt even know his own storage unit sizes was even worse. Dont go here its horrible.

Used once. Very well run. Made my long day much easier.

Doesnt even deserve 1 star! Save yourself the hassle DO NOT GO TO THIS UHAUL!! Unfriendly,rude, lieing staff especially the manager!! I sent my husband there to rent a truck for tomorrow since we are moving. Its our first time renting a truck so we didnt know much on what to do. We thought we just walk in, tell them what we want for how long and pay. Well once husband goes in he talks to who we think was the manager and he says Hi I am looking to rent a 10 truck for tomorrow the guy RUDLY replies Well did you make an appointment? My husband obviously said no since he just asked the man for a rental. The manager then tells the employee he can only give my husband a 15 one which was a little more pricey but we were willing to take it. So the man ask my husband how long you want it for? My husband replies well I was thinking all day 7a-7p or longer immediately cuts my husband off and tells him NO! That my husband can only rent it in blocks either 7a-1p or 1p-7p. So my husband than ask well can we pay for both slots? And the manager again says NO!. So now my husband is getting irritated because this guy is just being unfriendly, unprofessional and completely unhelpfful! So my husband then says OK so can I rent the 7a-1p block bring it back and rent it for the second block!? The manager then literally replies with NO you can rent the 7a-1p block and bring it back!!. Like talk about rude and nasty, also very bad business!! Everything he said ended up being a lie too!! My husband then called uhaul in North Attleboro and they were AMAZING he got the 10 truck we wanted, no issues very friendly service! We get to pick it up at 7:30am and we have it till the next day at 7:30am!! So screw you Carl or whatever your name is for being so rude and miserable towards a paying customer! We wish you the best

There is a great guy running the place. He was very nice and accommodating.

Went in to buy a box to ship something. The guy there was extremely helpful and friendly.

The Manager of this location was extremely rude and absolutely not helpful in taking ownership to any mistakes on part of his company. I would not recommend this site /location if your looking for helpful and professional services.

They have always been Plesant and helpful.
