I purchased my 2020 Kia Optima there last year and had trouble obtaining my “complementary” oil change. They were over booked for repairs and other services. I ended up getting one elsewhere and attempted to return for my next oil change. I ran into the same issue. This time I went to another Kia service department and had no trouble just pulling in for an oil change. I will say that the people in the Summit Place service department, while overbooked, we’re very friendly and attentive.
