What I enjoyed is that staff has this delicate balance between useful and not being annoying all the time close to you. They just interfere on the right moment and let you do your thing. Prices goes up and down, so keep track on them

I went to shopping at Columbia yesterday. My purchase was $80 in the total, I don’t have any other discount except the Great Lake Crossing Passport. They don’t let me use the discount from the passport. The employee told me they are Columbia outlets store, not Colombia factory store. That’s the reason they can’t accept the discount from the Passport. I was wondering that’s the only one Columbia store in the Great Lake Crossing outlet. Very disappointed with this Columbia store.

This is my second time in this store. This time i was greeted right away and had the best customer experience ever. Martin was really helpful and went out of his way trying to find me the perfect jacket for work and so was the cashier he was very polite and thats why I had to write a review about my experience.

Wasnt greeted when I walked in. When I went to the register to purchase an item no one came to ring me up, so I left without purchasing anything. Very poor customer service.
