I have never been to GLC. 8/21/21 was my first time. Went to this store. Sales ppl were friendly/great. This store does NOT open till 11am. It states on there open at8am/10am. Nope! Wrong. Either way I was able to walk around and look at some other stores. No harm. Ladies if you are looking/wanting the platform styles: you will need to go online not a good selection. Yes. There were a few maybe 2 pair on rack, but that is it. They do NOT have wide sizes just FYI. I will say all in all it was a good outing.

They had a great selection we were able to get 2 pairs of shoes in one trip! If you love Converse this store is a must go!!

This store is great. I was lucky to catch a 40% off sale on clearance on top of a friends and family coupon/event (which gave me another 30% off). Ended up snagging 6 set of shoes for $100 and the staff was fantastic. They kept checking on me (without being overbearing) and even were able to check clearance stock of a shoe style I liked to see if it was in my size. Which saved me a fair amount of time rather than hunting the entire wall.I definately recommend this converse facility and the amazing staff there. Please keep up the good work.

My converse shoes ripped in half from merely walking and I’ve tried continuously to report this issue to Converse. After 6 months of contact with them on and off, the customer service is non-responsive and practically ignoring our problem with their shoe. They guaranteed a refund or a replacement pair and have stopped responding surprisingly. I’m not quite sure why my shoes had this massive of a problem in the first place. I would not recommend!
