Ive shopped at this location for over 8 years go there at least 3x a week.Well in the last 3 weeks its went to hell all the old employees that was friendly and helpful have been replaced with these rude people. No carts,shelves are practically empty.one trip i needed 5 items they had 1 neverrr had this problem before.Ill check back in two weeks to see if any different if not will start shopping at CVS.

Go to a different Pharmacy, it’ll be well worth the drive. The people they have working in the Pharmacy are so rude, not to mention their drive thru speaker hardly works. I called prior to ensure my prescription was ready and I was asked to bring my insurance card, which I did. She asked me if I had it in the drive thru and I did, I’m not sure if she expected me to place it agains the window or what but she looked at me and rolled her eyes as she opened the call box. So basically if you have no issue being undervalued for a good 15 minutes while you wait for your “ready” prescription... this is the place for you. What better is they will not fill your entire prescription. They will give you 1/2 & tell you to pick up the second half later.

Amazing customer service all of that I always and prices are well organized and accurate. All staff including employees and managers are very professional and courteous with a much refreshing attitude and a willingness to help!

Their late hours (until 10) really helped us out in a pinch! Nice customer service.

Didnt realize how amazing this pharmacy was until I had to switch. My family has used this rite aid for as long as I can remember. They have always had great service and always had my refill ready. They worked in a timely manner and made sure I understood everything fully. I recently moved and had to switch rite aids and it has not been easy! They are also nice but I dont feel I can rely on them like I could this rite aid. So far I have had confusion and different stories so I really hope when I go to my new rite aid, my prescription will be there. If not, I may consider driving the 45 minutes to get to this rite aid!

I been getting my medicine for years and never had a problem. This is my to go to place for my medication. Theres also been a renovation on the place and looks better now. I love these people. You guys are the best.

This is my favorite rite aid. Close to my house and I always get the best customer service. Sonia is the best and Andrew is probably the Most pleasant person Ive ever met in my life.

This was by far the BEST rite aid experience ive had in YEARS. friendly prompt and informative. Tarek and Ken in the pharmacy are SUPERSTARS. close the pontiac telegraph location and give those 2 their pay. Awesome job guys, keep up the good work. Its worth the extra 4 miles to get good customer service and a smiling face.

I recently moved to the area and generally go to this location for any quick things I need for the apartment. Recently my boyfriend got really sick and so I had to use their pharmacy for his meds. I think everyone is really nice and the head pharmacist made a special request for a med I needed that they didnt have in stock. There is a young kid, maybe in his early 20s, African-American, and probably the nicest person I know that works there. He always greats me when I come through the door and its not normal like most people whom work with the public should act. He makes you feel like youve been friends for a long time. Every place will have its bad days, but from first impression...this location is perfect compared to most retail stores.

The staff in pharmacy are exceptionally good, especially Mr Nutan, he patiently explains all the questions regarding the prescription and its dosage.

Went here to buy insulin needles. The pharmacy asked me to show them my prescription before they would sell them to me.Really?I had to go back to my car to get my prescription before they would sell them to me.I get it people use needles to take illegal drugs, but since when are insulin needles a controlled substance?Even if I was buying this for illegal purposes, you would think they would atleast sell them, so people aren’t using dirty needles or sharing them.

The phone system is totally jacked up, they put me on hold like 4 times, and Ive had recurring problems here. Theyre terrible at customer service and typically very rude. There is only one pharmacist I dont hate.

I am a very easy going person & rarely get upset due to customer service, but theres a pharmacist, African American maybe in her early 20s & shes very rude! I work at a clinic & I would get fired if I ever treated patients the way she does. She goes away while youre still talking & always has this pissed off look on her face, I dont care how bad your day is you can atleast say have a good day even if you dont mean it. I only go here because its close to my house, but sometimes distance is not worth dealing w/people like that.

The pharmacist at this location is terrible.I guess customer service classes arent a requirement for a pharmacology degree. Ive dealt with this Rite Aid for the past couple of prescription refills and each time the lady tells me (in terrible broken English) Herro, NO your prescriptions is na reaty yet, roo need to kah yo docta fo da refeel And each time she has been completely wrong. If she would just look at the computer and DO HER JOB, she would see that my prescription was IN FACT sent over electronically the day before. Never once does an apology follow...fire this woman or Ill transfer to Walgreens.

Pathetic customer service.
