Had never been there and was pleasantly surprised at the level of customer service, greeted by several people and was given instant attention by a James Taylor. Very knowledgeable about the questions I had for him and knew the product I was asking about. If you need help with a project, go there I think any of the gentleman behind the counter will be more than happy to help

If i could have clicked Zero stars to rate my experience in this store I would have. The man behind the register was the rudest person ive ever encountered. I asked him a question and he rudely responded and when I told him id not be back in his store he stated that was fine. I dont know if he was the manager or an employee but there was no excuse for his rudeness. If they treat all their customers the way i was treated they wont be in business at that office long.
