Its not the money, its the character of the team as a whole. Most of everyone is happy go luck here. Theres grumbles anywhere Ive gone to but grumbles here are 5inefficient things that you/we have the capacity to change. (Theses items are my only neutral or critical statements . Ive been working since I was 8 yrs old and this is easily the best employer Ive ever been able to earn with.Thanks,to the owners, lower management, the greatest teams and HR. Youve all been a blessing in the beginning of my young baby girl and immediate familys life and I am truly grateful for the opportunity to be here.

Worst management. The lead don’t know the job. Just know how to push people to work without knowing how to solve the work problem. They just want the quantity of product and ignoring quality.Also the lead wont listen to workers if have the work problem. Never improve the company if have the same lead problem.

The people I worked with where great and hard working. But the company only cares about numbers and dont value people lives outside of work and treat people with respect. Always last minute overtime and they dont care if you have kids Or no child care. You will get written up or fired for not working late on the dime.

Good people to work with. Wages could be higher but good benifits.

Very high turnover rate. *Especially* among managers and supervisors. Having no set leadership often means poor work performance and morale leading to massive amounts of mandatory overtime. AIM is one of the lowest paying Aerospace companies in the whole country and often the only raises you get are when Washington state raises its minimum wage. Use this company for what it is: a stepping stone to gather experience for a better paying job in the field.

So i apply for work at aim aerospace at sumner branch. i was schedule for interview at auburn branch at 9am. I was there 8:40am. The recruiter met me and the first thing she said is Are You US Citizen.?????? I said no but permanent citizen, she said sorry the job is for us citizen only so i was turned down. But my question is why they didnt state on their website job only us citizen but only to be told when i got there. It was waste of time and I felt discriminated and heart broken.

High turnover. Disrespectful management after new ownership. The company does not care about their employees as the previous leadership used to. Its a shame because everyone used to love working there. Very low communication and pro activity. Also, no conformity or organization.

This has been a good experience working here, the company really tries to accommodate even their new employees

If you go to work here their motto is Aim low. Achieve low.
