I took my friend here for their Black Friday sale. We entered, an employee was sitting at the table and didnt get up, not even to greet us or read the advertisement - in front of an elderly woman with a cane. We asked to see the Nintendo Switch Lite; she brought us the Switch (the original). We asked to see the gray Nintendo Switch Lite, she brought us the blue. Took a few more tries to get the gray one and she took as much time as possible to bring these to us, even though they were mere steps behind her. She tells us they are $399 - the price of the original Switch. I show her that Nintendo themselves sells the Switch Lite for $199. Her response? We dont price match here. Im sorry, you dont price match the manufacturer? Youre really going to have the audacity to charge twice the manufacturers price even when confronted about your dishonesty? If you like being scammed and your intelligence insulted by the employees inability to do basic elementary-level math, look no further than this predatory hellscape. The store itself reeks of ingenuine intentions and cheap carpeting.

We have gotten all or furniture from farmers. Outside of a bit of a wait to deliver the new sectional couch we are buying they been good still i feel like payment day should fall a month after delivery speacily when delivery date is a week after ordering
Do NOT buy from Farmers. It is a scam. Overpriced furniture, extreme interest rates and $4 Charge for a phone payment because they haven’t set up online payments. Translation: we will charge you an extra almost $50 per year because our extreme interest rates and outrageous markups aren’t enough. It’s 2020; there is NO good reason to not offer an online payment option. I don’t believe you “just haven’t set it up yet.” This is your design to squeeze more money out of your customers. I am trying to help a friend get out from under your thumb. She will be wiser next time. I will tell anyone who will listen not to buy anything from this store.
We just purchased new den furniture from Farmers Furniture, and we absolutely LOVE it. Also, what a wonderful customer service dept they have. Praises for Portia Chambers!! Farmer offers great customer service at the time of the purchase but after that service is downhill. After two months of having my couch the base board broke. It took 3 months for the manager to come fix it. After that the decorative pillows that came with the sectional began to rip at the corners of the pillow. It took 3 months to get a new pillow. Ive have my couch for 9 months now and all of the decorative pillows are coming apart. I was told new ones would be ordered and be there in 5 days, its been three weeks now and records show nothing was ever ordered for me. There is a lack of communication between the manager and the person who orders new products. There is also a lack of concern for the satisfaction of the customer. I paid my furniture off within the first 6 months of owning it. I was going to go back to purchase more, but after this I will not be shopping at that location again. Good luck to those who do.

Staff openly complained in front of me when they had to help load my truck with furniture, I had just spent a couple thousand dollars on. But Cynthia was a very nice and helpful salesperson.
Kind of disappointed in the level of service after my 4th and final purchase 1 month ago from Farmers. Been doing business with this company and location for about 10 years and something has gone way down in customer appreciation and the level of courtesy to customers. Bad from the beginning of this transaction to be honest.And after the product was put together at our home several of the drawers are hanging really bad.No feeling of appreciation for doing repeat business with this company and absolutely no follow up to see if all was OK after delivery and set up. Its a sign of the times that this level of no care customer service exists but I probably wont do business with Farmers again. Like I said, really disappointed in the customer service (in store) and the finished installation.
Furniture is falling apart and all they do is harass you on the phone. Lost job and I offered what I could and they said no told them to come and pick up everything and they said they dont do that. They call 10 plus times a day job stop. Very poor quality products that are over priced.
The store manager is Absolutely the best. He really cares about the customer and always goes above and beyond
Cinthia is the best and friendly, my husband and i first purchased a bedroom set for our toddler almost a year ago, the set is intact and still happy of our purchase for a good price, so we made a second purchased 3 months ago a beautiful dining table and still i have not had a problem with the furnitures or with farmers people. I definately recommend farmers home furniture.
