I have been to this bait shop so many times through years and I have to tell you, recently I had gone in on a day that their supply truck was there. The man that owns the shop come in with a big orange 5 gallon bucket, went around the counter to show his mom what was in the bucket. She stepped backwards of course, LOL, but I wanted to know what was in that bucket. He said it came in with the supply of minnows. So anyway, I got so excited when I seen this salamander that was in this bucket. Turns out it’s a beautiful tiger salamander and I was so excited that the man gave the Salamander to me. I did my research and found out that they adapt very well in captivity and oh I have so much fun with the salamander. She knows my voice and she literally will come crawling out of her and enclosure so that I can hold her and it is the cutest thing ever. She eats like a horse, but yes I am so grateful to him for giving it to me. I had always wanted to keep one as a child, but never was allowed to. I have not seen one since I was a child and I’ve never seen one this size. I really love the salamander. Her name is Ponyo 😊❤️A BIG THANK YOU to the owner of this shop.

Bait is fresh, and selection is not bad. They have some hunting items too. Worth driving off the beaten path to support this bait shop.
