Great dealership! I didnt feel pressured into a sale. No scripted dealer sales pitches. They listened to my concerns and took steps to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I felt as though them making a sale was second to my satisfaction. Most dealers drop the friendly act once the sale is made, but K & R Auto stayed friendly and personable throughout our time on their lot. I know dealers are there to make sales and money, but I really felt my satisfaction was their priority. I am very pleased with my experience with K & R Auto.

Teddy helped out my wife and I. He was super low pressure sales and was more interested in getting, my wife especially, into the right car for her, not the car that would make him more commission. This was incredibly appreciated!The entire process was beyond smooth. In a 3 hour window we went from walking in hoping that wed find some vehicles to test out all the way to driving off the lot in a new vehicle and trading in our old vehicle. Tons of lenders available through their finance department and theyll get basically anyone approved.All the vehicles there were top notch. Clean, well organized lot. Vehicles are all solid quality even if some of them are over 100k miles. Plenty of super low mile vehicles as well to look from. They had everything from smaller commuter type vehicles to an excellent selection of trucks, SUVs, and some awesome Jeep Wranglers.Great place!!!

Bought a 2008 Chevrolet Silverado March 2019. They told us how the check engine light was on due to a leak. But it was fixed. I was then told if it had come on again to call in the 30 day time period. It turned on once again i went down and instead of looking further into the problem they just shut the light off. Once again it turned on but i didnt bother with complaing again as i live a hour and half away.Found out a year later April 2020 that K and R had sold it to me with a BROKEN frame! They fooled us because it was undercoated. Had 2 different shops tell me the damage had not been done in just a 1 years time. I took it off the road to get fixed took over 8 months to even get someone to start working on it.Extremely disappointed!!

Purchased a 2013 RAV4 XLE in February. It has been 6 months now, and I have not regretted that decision in the least. Keith assisted me with the purchase process which went very smoothly. I didnt feel any pressure whatsoever, he just patiently listened to my questions and calmly answered them. I had my mechanic give the RAV a once over as part of the pre-purchase process, and Keith had no problem with me taking it for whatever time it took. My mechanic was impressed with the excellent condition, pointing out what he observed. The detailing on this vehicle was excellent...kudos to whomever worked on it. As I mentioned at the beginning, it has been 6 months (and 10 days) since I picked it up, and I absolutely believe it was a great decision to buy it.

Went there to look on Saturday July 24th 2021, didnt get 5ft into the yard and a guy with a straw hat and a attitude, lead off asking questions about how much I had for down payment and trade before letting me look at any vehicle. He didnt like my answer about not having a down payment (my current vehicle, I bought with no down payment an a grade A credit score with no trade and it went just fine) he walked away to meet someone looking at a large truck, waving very smuggly and fairly. Before we left he mentioned calling on Monday because they were closing soon, so he didnt want to deal with us. Wont be giving them our business.

K & R auto sold a lemon and can not work on their own cars.

A friend recommended Mac at Kand R auto and he didnt disappoint. Not only did he find exactly the car I was looking for but he let me have it thoroughly checked by my personal mechanic first. I felt no pressure to buy right away and Mac was really patient working with my credit union to get the price and payment I wanted. As an experienced buyer I was not impressed with other dealerships pushy salesman and overpriced cars with high miles. K AND R was the first dealership with low miles and decent prices.. Mac is the best salesman Ive ever worked with and I will definitely be back to work with him again!

I went in to k and r auto sales to just look around and see what was available and what I could afford.. kind of scared because it was my first car, but a young man named chris really made me feel like I could trust him even with the mask and 6 foot distances. Last Friday, my wife’s car did not pass inspection. It had been exactly 1year (5/19/20) since she purchased her jeep renegade from KandR… The left inner tie rod had play plus the rack was leaking.Not only that, The day she brought it home, we went for our 1st drive together immediately after she got home with it. 3 miles into it, we gradually heard a clunking that seemed to get louder every bump we hit. We pulled over at my work parking lot. I found that the left caliper came completely loose missing both bolts…What a heartbroken moment to see my wife’s used (new to her) car being towed from the parking lot where I work back to the shop.They fixed it, apologised, sent her on her way.A couple weeks later, we clearly heard a subtle clunking in the front end when hitting bumps like a real quick rattle. A day or 2 later, my wife dropped it off in the morning, picked it up after work. Loose bolt was the problem… They told her they didn’t hear anything. Something along the line as “a jeep thing” she was told.The noise was still there. She called back to a rude response and no call back from the general manager. A year later, $15,000 and some change to go, and the car won’t pass a Maine St. Inspection without $1100 worth of work to it. How isn’t that is crooked???And here’s the thing, during that rude response, they felt the need to inform her that she didn’t purchase the extended warranty. Why?When she left that building after buying that vehicle, she was under the impression that she did. What’s up with that???Anyways it’s still early I went over and confronted them today first thing this morning. He took a copy of the inspection info, the estimate, and my phone number. Purchased 2nd car from K and R. Lot was busy, but salesperson Chris was quick to find us, answer our questions, and keep us informed about the process while we waited. (Which was not too long.) During discussions and review of paperwork we met in a trailer adjacent to the dealer offices at a folding table due to COVID restrictions so it was a no-frills experience, but I have no complaints- it made sense. Would return!

Car shopping is usually a frustrating experience, with the inflated prices, pushy sales people and the need to play hard ball to get the best price. Thankfully this was not the case at K&R. Our salesman, Tyler, was kind, caring, knowledgeable and made us comfortable every step of the way. We arrived knowing we wanted to look at 2 different vehicles and had called ahead after seeing them online, the vehicles were pulled out front for us and ready to test drive as soon as we arrived on the lot. We liked the seating layout of one much more than the other and took it for a test drive including having our mechanic take a look at it. We had done our research beforehand and knew the value of the vehicle and their prices lined up appropriately without having to beg, barter or negotiate. They checked our trade in and gave us fair value to facilitate the sale. We were going to go elsewhere for our financing but gave them a chance to run our numbers and come back with an interest rate. They came back at an interest rate lower than our usually rock bottom rate credit union and the rest was history! We cannot recommend K&R enough and will be returning when it is time to upgrade my truck!
