I arrived on a Monday with a leak from a recently replaced converter. I knew there was a leak. They proceeded to first claim it was the wrong gasket. They tried that? They then said it was not lining up correctly and they would need to add a new flange. They then tried that. The next time I would have to drive it 40 miles on the turnpike. The leak started again. When I got to my destination I crawled under my truck to find that the complete exhaust system just hanging there. There were no hangers attached at all and these hangers were body mounted and not the rubber ones. So i could not reattach. I also found it was still leaking at the flange that they fixed. And that flange they installed was cut from my second converter pipe which is a 400 dollar part. So that pipe is ruined. So it likely did not line up because it was not in the hangers at all and they hacked/welded a flange into an expensive converter pipe to make it fit. I honestly will never bring my vehicle back here. The former owner retired in the past they were good but I cant honestly recommend them for simple exhaust work. Sad really. A little communication goes a long way!

Excellent service. They were able a d willing to squeeze me in after a cancellation on a Saturday morning for a replacement of right rear wheel bearings.. They were timely, they were professional, and they got the work done quickly. They provided good, factual information about warrantees, the replacement parts, and labor. They took the car for a test drive and did a quick overview to make sure nothing else looked like it was wrong, They took the car for a test run and finished on time.

I called to schedule an appointment with Meineke because I remembered them offering a lifetime warranty. Sadly when I called I was told they no longer offered that but they did offer a 2 year. I knew my brakes needed to get done asap and they had the quickest appointment. They worked with me on dropping my car off and keeping it all day. I called to check in multiple times and they never gave me a hard time about it. I loved the digital image they provided to show me how off balanced my vehicle was. The price was a bit high, but I feel that’s any brake job. I also liked the fact they didn’t adjust my seat, most places I have work done they adjust everything and trying to get it exactly where it was takes me forever. I also asked lots of tedious questions which they didn’t mind at all. Overall a great experience! Will definitely be back again.

I had failed an inspection for exhaust. The shop said I needed a full exhaust replacement, which would be as much as $1000+Brought it here, and 30min and $200 later my car was running like new, it just needed a new flex pipe and a small length of pipe.The guy working the front desk is also super friendly.

Friendly service at front desk. Estimate was quick even though they were very obviously super busy. Great value and timing for services needed - multiple pieces of exhaust system needed replacement, I was able to get everything done from estimate to installation and pick up in a 24 hour window.

I went here a few weeks ago, because of a known issue with my make a model of vehicle. I explained the issue was my headlights not being bright enough. Their only solution was to replace my headlights, even though on the website it states they do restorations also. Paid $208 for bulb replacement, the tech that brought my car out had the highbeams on, said it was all set. No it was not. Still were not nearly as bright as they should be I ordered a new set for $212 with all lights included from Amazon and had them installed the following week. The shop is professional and courteous, as far as diagnostic with my issue not so much.

I was a walk in looking for an estimate. They gave me a wait time so I waited. While waiting I watched how professional and friendly they were. I was impressed. My turn came along sooner than expected and the truck was quickly up on the lift. They found the problem and immediately had a cost effective solution which I was happy and relieved for. 10 minutes later I was out the door and on my way.I didn’t get the names of who was working the counter or the technician that solved my problem but I hope that the ownership recognizes their contributions. Lack of power after new exhaust install. Smaller crossover and intermediate pipe installed than stock. It was my first time back after a similar situation years ago on another vehicle. Exhaust hanger installed backwards.. they reused an exhaust flange in lieu of new because they didnt want to mess with rusty bolts. Truck runs horrible. But they did manage to make another customers car sound like godzilla after a nuclear explosion by straight piping it...so Im glad to see they are adding to illegal, obnoxious noise levels in the neighborhood. A red flag when they asked if I wanted my truck louder.

This place is busy beyond busy all the time so I made sure to be there before they opened. I was the first one they took in. They checked the whole exhaust system and told me I needed a flex pipe. I was in and out within 50 minutes and my car is running good and sounding so much better! Thank you Meineke for great service and customer care. I now know why youre always packed with customers!

They got me in fast to fix my brakes and did a great job very nice guys and very efficient!

My tail pipe fell down and was dragging. They were close by so I brought it in. As busy as they were, I was in and out within a hr. Turned out that the bracket broke off and when it fell snapped off the muffler. Great people and great service.

They squeezed me in same day that I called- even despite a FULL parking lot. Service was done on time, customer service was courteous & helpful. Very satisfied!

Couldn’t ask for a better experience. My car was making a horrific rumbling noise that I thought was from the muffler. I had a quote within 15 minutes of dropping off my car—turns out it was just the flex pipe. The repair and a headlight replacement was done less than an hour later. These guys are great, and I will definitely be coming back!

They were super quick and explained the problem clearly and fixed it right up. I waited around for about 5 minutes after I got there for them to get me signed in and they called me around 20 minutes after I left the car there to talk to me about what was wrong with it. I’ll go back there next time I need my car taken care of!

Have been taking my vehicles there since 1995. Have always had fast quality repairs at a reasonable price. Work has always been top notch and they wont sell your what is not needed. They also give you informed choices so you can decide what is best.

Absolutely the best experience I have ever had at an automobile repair shop! Despite being very busy with high volume, they had my car on the lift and diagnosed in 15 minutes with several fair estimates. I chose one, expecting to have to make a follow up appointment, only to learn that they were going to proceed with the repair while I waited. An hour later, I drove away with a new muffler and resonator and flex pipes. Polite, energetic, knowledgeable, fair and polite!!!5 ⭐️!!!!

I had an appointment for noon (was told the alignment would take an hour) and my alignment wasn’t done until just after 4:00 pm. The worker gave me a small discount, but that in no way compensated me for the hours lost waiting. Why make an appointment if it means nothing? I worked in the service industry for 20 years and there is no way I could have gotten away with holding services until several hours after the actual appointment time. Besides the lack of care or respect for my time, the service was done accurately and the worker was courteous. Too bad my time wasn’t respected and the appointment time meant nothing.

Had tried taking my exhaust off to put on a new catback I had ordered, exhaust flange bolts were rusted in place and I broke a head off and stripped the others out.Called over to meineke and within an hour they had me down and got me all sorted out, new exhaust on and fixed. Sounds great now!Excellent staff to deal with and overhearing them with other customers it seems like they strive for customer service. Will be back in the future for repairs!

Some local shops around here (ask for details) I have caught literally red handed ripping people off and scamming them for their money, but not these guys! Very efficient crew. Looked @ my trucks problem came back w/ a much, much less expensive dianostic to the actual problem. Even though the shop was crazy busy, work flowed, customers were kept updated, & the phone never rang more then 3 or 4 rings. I most definitely will be a repeat customer.

I work as a Moblie Mechanic and when Im too busy i like to help send business to local shops. Ive never used them before but a friend who needed his catalytic converter changed asked if he should go there. I though what the hell give them a chance. I already got him the part just needs it installed. They refused to do the work because they didnt buy the part meaning they could over charge him for the part and would only get paid for labor this is how you can tell if a shop is trust worthy. And as far as I can tell this shop will rip you off and not care either way.

They fixed my muffler, on a walk in, no appointment situation. They were fast, proficient and not expensive. Great service! Thanks guys, Meineke rocks!

I will Never take my car again.The workers are clueless !! Took car in for brake pads and and ball joint.Ended up paying 1200 for all four brakes and rotors 2 calipers. Took home looked at invoice and ball joint wasnt done. Call and asked and Brandon said if it needed it they would have done it. I said well i want it checked to make sure. sure drop it off we will check it out .Car was there allday and sure enough yes it need a ball joint. Cant do that till monday leave it here and we will do it for 150$. Well already dropping 1200 for a total break job and clearly Meinekes mistake for over looking what I had took it in for thefirst place I put up a fuss and got it for cost of part 40$. But we cant do it till Monday first thing in morning just leave it here. Monday morning leave car, At noon I got car drive down the road to hear grinding. Go back to the garage and it gosback in the 3rd time and I was told it was a cota pin but what ever. Point is these people at this garage could not have test drove my vehicle after being worked on or they to would have known it wasnt right .Not once but twice they let me leave with an unsafe car.( I would Not recommend Meneke of Auburn to anyone.)Are these people even Certified to work on cars????******Unsatisfied customer*******

I had been in about a year-and-a-half earlier for some y pipe repair on my 05 Yukon. It is great repair a great price for great service. Also, at that time the advised me that at some point in the next year and a half or so my oversized muffler and pipes to and fro would go.they mentioned about 300 bucks . they did the muffler and pipes yesterday. The Total was $20 under their forecasted price from a year-and-a-half ago.They did a great job at a great price and great service!
