Very helpful and understanding staff. My RV broke down near their business and I parked it in their lot. They said they did not service those kinds of vehicles, but allowed me to leave it in their lot for a week anyway due to my emergency situation. The next weekend I was able to come down to it with a friend, fix it and drive it home, saving me a ton of money on a tow. Big thank you to Allegiance Trucks, that was a real life saver

Very nice people that work here. My truck lost its center bearing and I had to baby it to their dealership from where I picked up my backhaul a few miles away. They didnt have the part but put a rush delivery on it for the next day. I needed to go to the store for a few things and asked what was within walking distance. They had a really nice young man take me down to the corner store so I could get what I needed. He thought I was a fellow canadian because of my accent, which Im from Michigan and I spend a lot of time in the upper peninsula because I have family there, so thats why he thought i was from Canada. Spent the night in my truck in the back 40, really quiet back there...it was great! Next morning they came and got my truck, fixed it withing 20 minutes and I was on my way to get my trailer and head back to Michigan. Again, super nice people, very respectful of me and my truck, wearing gloves and being very clean because I have OCD about keeping a clean truck and people touching my stuff. Id go back if I ever break down near Auburn Maine again!

The team here is knowledgeable and straight forward. They did a highly professional job installing the Fisher plow on my Tundra. The wiring is neat and clean, routed the controller wire into my cabin in an excellent place. I am very happy with the job, you never know what you might get having someone mess with your control module and running a wire into your cabin. Even though my job was likely comporable small potatoes for them, they treated me like a valued customer. They even took thier time explaining all the features and operation of my plow since I am a newbie, including some tips and tricks. I highly recommend and trust them. If you need a new plow or work done on your rig give them your business.

Had the fish stick i needed and was going again the same morning mine broke. Good prices, theyre pleasant to deal with and quick. Cant ask for more than that

I stopped at their facilities yesterday and ordered a new SD Fisher plow. They were knowledgeable and professional. Setup more for professional trades people but door seems to be open to all. I will be taking my truck in Thursday for plow installation.

My plow broke during a storm recently and I was in the middle of plowing our retail property. I brought it to Morrison & Sylvester and hoped they could fix it soon. I got a call 2 hours later that it was fixed ! Quality work and quickly done to help me out. Thanks !

Had what I needed and half the price of Palmer Spring Company for my Meyer plow

I purchased a replacement section of battery wire harness to troubleshoot a bad connection on my plow. The wire didnt fix my problem and they wouldnt exchange for the correct section of wire... Theirs no way the wire was at-all damaged. Be fore-warned fellow consumers.

Have gotten a lot of parts from here over the years. Never had an issue and they always been good to work with.

Product isnt bad...but management isnt the best.. very rude. apparently doesnt accept credit cards.. or was to lazy to process it. will try to do business elsewhere
