Excellent service staff and great work by the shop owner on our truck, which broke down on I-80 on a trip home to the Bay Area from Reno. They found and fixed the primary issue and all secondary issues. The price was reasonable, and the service fairly quick. Highly recommend!

Excellent service and fair prices

John and his entire team provided excellent customer service and did a wonderful job on the repair. I was in a bind-traveling across country and my car broke down. John immediately diagnosed the problem, order the part that was there within an hour and had me on my way in no time. The price was very fair. Most importantly, they took the extra time to ensure my safety.

They were so friendly and accommodating to my child and I as we waited for them to give us an evaluation. Traveling through Auburn in my engine light came on and they just sent me on my way and told me it was going to be OK until I got home to have it checked again then. Very very friendly people and with good hearts.

Received an estimate for a timing belt change and the other items that must be done while the engine is partially apart. Very professional. I considered the estimate overnight and made minor adjustments, and made an appointment for the job. The job was completed on time and the whole staff were polite and helpful in explaining the work done. I had requested the removed parts be saved and returned to me for examination, no problem or argument.I recommended my grand daughter bring her Civic in for a similar job which she did.

They broke the locking mechanism on my hood and they refuse to acknowledge that its their fault and when I called them the said they needed to speak to the boss and have failed to get back to me I do not recommend this place is you dont have the money to fix your car after you go here..
