My car has been at Scarff Ford since June 28th because my check engine light is on along with a engine coolant warning light. I have yet to have it diagnosed or a service loaner issued to me. I have been loyal to this dealership for nearly a decade and am feeling a little less than taken care of in this very stressful and inconvenient time. I call everyday and hope to have resolution soon.
Whenever I take my company Transit Van in for maintenance or repairs, I always get great service. Rick Root is the advisor that Ive used and he always gives me honest advise on what is needed.
Gabe and Payton were amazing. They were closing soon but made sure I could get in and see the car I was interested in. I didnt feel pushed or pressured to buy the truck or any other vehicle there. The truck was clean and drove well but I ended up finding something that fit my needs a little better.

I go every year for the complementary oil change on Veterans Day. The staff and all employees here are always courteous and friendly. Notably appreciative and respectful of us veterans! Fast and informative mechanics.
I tell them the reverse camera isnt working properly3hrs laterThatll be $154 to tell me the reverse camera isnt working properly, youll need a new one.Complete BS.This place has bait&switched a dear friend on a sales deal, and have always charged as much as possible on every possible service fee.I for sure would drive to another state to avoid them.Oh forgot to say what I actually went there...I came in for a diagnostic for probably bad front drivers side hub, they tell me some sensor failed, they repaired that charged the usual millio dollars diagnostic fee for something they couldnt findoh we couldnt hear the noiseSo $500 later I still have the sound. A week Later we were driving in my wife said whats that sound ? I said thats the sound I wanted Scarff to repair they said they couldnt hear itShe replied Helen Keller could hear thisSo now, am I gonna have to pay another diagnostic for the thing they couldnt hear?..., offff course.

Very unsatisfactory they could not find my paperwork so I wasted my time and money for gasoline to have my friend take me to pick up my van that was in for repairs now I have to do it all over again
I am an auto transporter and was here to pick up a vehicle. These folks were very helpful, kind and courteous. If this is any kind of indication of how the treat their customers, are you in for some first class accommodations! Thank you Jeff and staff.
Ive been taking my Ford Explorer here since I bought it. I have never had any bad service. I wanted to bring my jeep too but was told it would be better to take it to a jeep dealership with a Service department. I wont take my SUV anywhere else.
The service work is ok but their staff is either overwhelmed or incompetent.This time was in for simple oil change/tire rotation with their promo the works. They knew about the deal when I scheduled, when I dropped car off and left them the coupon. Work was done in about 2 hours.They called when ready. I was there within 15 minutes. Waited 15 minutes while counter help was on phone. When she was finally available, suddenly price is $20 higher. She claimed no idea about special yet as shes shuffling my paperwork, theres my coupon. Now says paperwork has to be redone. Waited another half hour and finally went looking for someone else. New gal says oops she threw out your paperwork, we have to start again. Finally after another 10 minutes I can pay and pick up vehicle.Track down my vehicle in parking lot and start up only to see Change Oil warning flash...they never reset the dash. Back inside and 30 minutes more while they find someone in service to reset code.Did they offer any compensation, no. Barely an apology.
They said it would take 1 hr...so far its taken 2

Well Im never coming here again. Made an appointment a week prior for spark plugs, and oil change. They had the truck for 8 hours and all they did was the spark plugs and charged me $450. No oil change, no multi point inspection, no filter checks, no tire rotation and left their garbage in my truck. No discount for wasting my time but they sure charged me for theirs!
Scheduling with Pam was easy and efficient! Cory took great care of me in the service department. Highly qualified and efficient service. Ill be back (but hopefully not too soon).
The Service Department does a good job but if I have to readjust my seat, steering wheel and rearview mirror after every visit, I get annoyed.
Always a great experience, very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Definitely recommend!
