Very clean, getting through the checkout line was very efficient and we also got sandwiches from the deli and had a great experience with the employees in that department!

Produce looks nice and fresh. But lots of people don’t wear masks inside. I don’t feel safe shopping with my child (under 2). So we just left quickly.

Very friendly and helpful employees. They give the impression that the culture there is focused on customer satisfaction as well as employee fulfillment. No one seems grumpy about working for Publix!

Probably the worst service I’ve ever had in my entire life from the dark curly haired lady behind the counter. Mind you I work in the service industry so I know what bad service looks like. There were maybe two people in line and the lady would barely let me get a word in she was rushing me so fast. I wanted to tell her to slow down and that I could barely keep up. She also doused my sandwich in vinegar for no reason at all. Incredibly rude.

I like the options they offer, but Im not terribly fond of their pricing. It seems that they could offer what they do at a lower price.

This publix is okay. Its expensive for budget purposes but the place was clean, there were enough cashiers for the time and day I went and there is a decent variety in the bread bakery area. The meat section is run of the meal and not a lot of variety and not very big sections (pork, beef, chicken).People were nice and knowledgeable.

I am a regular customer at PublixI made a special trip today to get Coral Reef orange juice. This is the orange juice I always drink. It happened to be on sale this week, so when I got to the store, they were out of it. I always buy this brand whether is it on sale or not. So I went to the Customer Service counter to get a Rain Check for the sale price like other stores provide. I was informed that they do not give out Rain Checks. Needless to say, I was not a happy customer. This is no way to treat your customers when it is not their fault

I went to the pharmacy to pick up two prescriptions. This store is always the most clean, pleasant, happy grocery in Lee county. I just went to pick up prescriptions, but I ended up buying more just because I like to hang out in there! LOL

If I could leave zero stars I would! The pharmacy has the WORST service ever!! I dropped a prescription off Thursday for a colonoscopy prep, they ask if I’m signed up for texts, etc I say yes. They say it will be ready in 20 minutes. No worries I’ll come back. I go back Friday and the girl tells me one of the prescriptions they had to order and the shipment just came in and to come back later that day. I go back Saturday, now they don’t have it in stock and it was never ordered and they are confused why I don’t want the other prescription. I can’t start the prep if I don’t have both prescriptions. Then I had to ask him to call another Publix to see if they had it. We just moved to this area but their service is awful. I won’t be back! They should have contacted me to let me know they didn’t have it. I watched someone be rude to them when I dropped my prescriptions off and I thought we’ll that was rude. Now I wonder if she’s has issues with them also.

My favorite place to grocery shop in Auburn! I’ve shopped at Publix for forever and have pretty much always been a fan. But I will say that this Publix has some of the kindness, most helpful employees. Whenever I accidentally picked up a tub of strawberries that had gone bad, the bagger pointed it out and ran to get me a new container. That’s just one instance off the top of my head which speaks to their helpful employees. At checkout, deli counter, and even just throughout the aisles, all of the employees are so eager to help. Not to mention, this location is rarely out of stock of items and they maintain a pretty clean environment.

This store is very clean with a very nice and helpful staff. In general, if theres one thing that Publix appears to do better than most chain grocery stores, it is being very selective about whom they hire, and very specific about the values they expect from their employees. They are typically more expensive than most stores, but I think that is at least part of the reason.

Ordered 3 live lobsters to the tune of $75.00. Only 1 was alive. Unbelievable. If you cant keep the lobsters alive WHY SELL THEM. Extremely disappointed. Dont get live lobsters from them

I love Publix because its clean and fun to shop there. Their selection is always good. Their prices are higher but they have some good sales. I especially love their meat and produce sections. Good quality everywhere and they are conscious about wearing masks because of the coronavirus.

I love Publix, I never had bad experience with Publix. Always great selection at bakery, fresh and flavorful. Fish market just excellent, variety and quality just a 5 star. Customer service level of each employee is just great, always happy to shop with Publix.

The parking lot is always clean. The workers are always very nice and professional. The ease of shopping is the best because they always have what youre looking for and they have really good sales! On hot days such as this, watermelon BOGO is a really good deal. There are some places that will charge you a lot of money for money orders, but money orders here with only $0.89 a piece. Overall, I really like the atmosphere and look forward to shopping here often.

Not inexpensive, but go in knowing that and you wont be disappointed. You can find good deals on steak reasonably often, and some BOGOs on items that are hard to find elsewhere. Always well lit, clean, well-organized and neat, this Publix like most is designed in such a way you actually want to spend time there. The employees are friendly and helpful. Extra points for the meat department being willing to do custom cuts and grinds.

Extra large grocery store.Great place to buy groceries. They have just about everything that you need to stick your pantry. Great seafood area. Several different areas for fresh prepared food. Excellent sliced meat section, they will give you a sample of their meats and cheeses if you ask. Cake department is huge. Great cheesecake. Fried chicken is awesome. Plenty of products to choose from.

Yall let me down twice.. said wasnt ordering any cakes from you all anymore my first cake was nasty...same thing happened again the cake was to thick and dry...then icing on the cake was nasty.. only gave two star cause of decorations on cake was pretty..other than that love shopping at Publix they have good sales on they meats.. fruits..snacks love buying from you all
