Took car in to get my LES SCHWAB tires there routine rotation and a leak fixed. Had an appointment. had been having trouble with some custom 18in wheels with leaks so I wanted my stock 18in wheels put back on. They tried to change me $240... ($60 a tire) to get it done. Needless to say I decided to go else where. Got it done at walmart for $130 including new stems.... Sad day when walmart tire center out performs a REAL tire shop. You boys keep uo the good work though

I took my vehicle in for new tires and an alignment. Afterwards they didnt charge me for the alignment. They told me it just needed some minor tweaks so they took it off the bill. I really appreciated the honesty considering many other shops would have taken my money anyways! Thanks Les Schwab!

Got a nail in my tire last night. Could hear the hissing of the air from my tire, so made a mad dash to the nearest Les Schwab. Unfortunately it was after 7 pm and they were closed for more than an hour. So i parked my vehicle and began changing the tire. 2 employees Jacob & Joe who were off duty with no obligation to help decided to spring into action like super heroes. They not only assisted, but used their own personal tire plug kit to seal the leak so I could make it home. Cant express how grateful I am for Jacob & Joe, who stepped up in a big way to help out of the kindness of their hearts! Not only were they not getting paid, but they sacrificed their own personal time, energy, and resources to help a stranger. This type of kindess is rare in todays world!

Took a tire in to have it repaired at 10:00am and was told it would take 3-4 hours. At 6:00pm (closing time), we drove there only to have them get the tire from the very same spot they had placed it 8 hours earlier to begin fixing it. After another 35 minutes we finally left at about 6:30. They never apologized or acted like they cared.We went there thinking we could use them for a new set of tires, but no way. Well stay with Discount Tire.

I drove in at the end of the day with a problem of continuing low air in one of my tires. The representative who greeted me was not at all annoyed that it was close to closing. He politely asked me to go inside to the counter while he took a look at my tire. The representative at the desk informed me that since I did not purchase my tires at Les Schwab, it would be $22 to fix it - which I thought was a fair price. I was very surprised to hear him say, no charge, after finding that my tire had a nail and it was fixed. He said that since it was an easy fix, there was no charge. I have become a Les Schwab customer for life. No more buying tires from anywhere else!

Super awesome customer service both on the phone and in the shop. We brought our 22 foot trailer in for new tires and they had us pull up and did it on the spot, no waiting, no unhooking the trailer, just quick and efficient service. Prices were reasonable. And, there is always the popcorn.

Went in for tire rotation and balancing the staff were awesome they helped every customer that pops in never heard anyone left unsatisfied. They handled everything with customer satisfactorily. Guys work on my truck and notify me they found a nail in my tire and its been taken care of. I left Auburn way Les Schwab tire center a happy satisfied customer.

I like Les Schwab other than their way overpriced for repairs they do I get they do a quality job but most of the things I have done there have been so expensive one time they found a break problem on my car I thought was Major the only charged me 50 bucks I was shocked but anything that Ive ever had done or quoted even simple breaks and tires its been between $400 and $600 estimate

Very helpful! Got in my car and got a low tire pressure reading on the dash. Put air in it & stopped at Les Schwab to get it patched. The tech checked the tire and didnt find anything, but offered to make sure all tires were filled evenly. Thank you!

Purchased rims and tires from one of my former students. Went to Les Schwab on Auburn way to order hub rings for the wheels. Nice young man placed the order and was very professional. Wentr back to have the rings installed and a tire fixed and was told the tire was damaged with two screws. I was also told thatr I had to purchase 4 new tires, even though the tires were brand new. He was trying to charge $1300 for tires. I had all 4 replaced at Les Schwab in Covington for less than $800.I investigated the tire and there was onl;y one screw in the tred, totally fixable. I was told that in the future, if I came there for tire repair I would have to pay $$$.Took my truck back to Universal Tire in Lakewood where I found the friendliest staff. I will go there for all tire needs in the future.

A kid named Blake help me. I kept having a tire light come on. One of the valve stems were bad and was leaking. From the time I gave him my keys until I got my keys back was only 10 minutes and I was ready to go. You cant be service like that

Spendy, but good warranties and you know they will do a good honest job while doing their best to save you money and giving you the best parts and service to fix your vehicle. Or just for tires, they will usually help you fix a flat for free sometimes, and other things they will do as their do the right thing slogan is true.

I blew a tire and the rim was also ruined.I was advised it would be hard to find a replacement wheel for my 1998 Mercury Grand Marquis but there was strong, dynamic effort by Peter and one was found rapidly that was on sale.I also needed a spare tire and that was arranged expeditiously and additional customer service specialties were also provided.My vehicle was ready quickly. I love the integrity and caring provided by this Les Schwab store. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

These guys are always right on top of things. Crossing mountain pass and needed chains. Theyve made sure I had enough clearance for regular chainsaw and I was on my way in about 10 minutes.

Came in due to a flat that I got on the previous day, I had asked if they could put the spare back for me due to just having a back surgery and requiring another surgery on my back in 1 more week... The store manager (Randy) was very sympathetic and even though he could not salvage the tire that was flat, he found a tire that was close to what I had and sold it to me at a discount!!! These guys are the best, been going there since 1991.

Replaced a steering rack for a family member but didnt see chassis rot on the more easily visible rear suspension pickup point on the frame until after the work was complete.They were honest about overlooking the dangerous frame until after having R&Rd the diagnosed bad steering rack and in the future hopefully become more aware of possible frame deterioration. In my opinion the dealership would have probably, likely have seen this upon initial inspection.

This was my first experience at a tire shop I have been driving for 6 years but I was lucky enough to never problems related to tires. Anyway they great. The guy check the pressure and confirmed I had no issues helped me figure out how to calibrate it and gave me some great information for the future. Really friendly and helpful.

Entered South Auburn location with a severely damaged tire. Site manager (I believe) assessed the situation, within 1 -3 minutes returned to us with a replacement used tire, had it mounted and balanced in less than 15 minutes. The cost was reasonable and the service was exceptional. Thank you !

The service here is stellar.My husband and I had about 45 min to get locking lugs off of our truck and new lug nuts put on and get back to the Seattle shipping center or the vehicle shipping center wouldn’t ship our truck and we are in the middle of moving and delays could be catastrophic.We let them know about our situation and they quickly grabbed our keys, got our lug nuts off and replaced in under 15 min.It’s not everyday that a company takes your problem and makes it their own and works with your timeline. I was so grateful for their urgency.Because of their service, I was able to ship my vehicle with no other hiccups, which saved our day and allowed us to stay on schedule.

Took a little while but service was good.I was here on May 3, 2014 to get a flat repaired. I dealt with Jeff, Jordan, and Jennelle, all of whom were very friendly and helpful. I waited with my car and it took about two hours for the work to get done (with two people in front of me); I did not have an appointment. They fixed my flat and balanced out the air pressure in all of the tires (including my spare). I know this isnt the hardest job for a tire service business, but I saw some of these other Google reviews that gave this location one or two stars so i figured Id post a more recent and (hopefully) less biased review. Overall, I would recommend this location, just dont wait with your car if you have other stuff to do.

Brought in a single tire to be quick. After 1.5 hours and seeing people come and go, I asked what was the hold up. They couldnt find my wheel and then took another 40 min to fix. All I got was thats our fault not even a sorry...

Cought a bolt in my tire on the way to work. These guys jumped on it fast, got it done and the patch was not charged for.

Arrive at 11:15 to buy a set of tires for the front and back- Have them remove the old ones and put on the new ones..a rep shows me three different choices.. they get my info- - I wait forty minutes..see a rep out side looking around..he is looking for a car to put tires on..there was only my car in the lot which was not what was on the paper work...so I had to go in and start all over picking out tires..again after 40 minutes.. my son picked me up as my car was being pulled into the stall..waiting at the house now for one hour..mmmmmm...not going there again..
