You just got off the phone with these guys that they I realize its late in the day and the guy was probably not very patient but I had gone through the process of trying to attempt to get an estimate through their convoluted online system and called to get a further clarification maybe some advice as to what were the best materials to be used on a project that I have coming up and not only was he condescending when I said well I want to use the Northwest blend paver I would also like a suggestion from it and he said well we dont do suggestions we just can order material so meaning that he couldnt with all his experience talking to all the customers that hed had to give me any kind of point of reference as to what would work best for the situation in which I was more than prepared to explain it was pathetic and really a lack of training and if thats the type of you know lumber yard mentality they want to have then they need to not act like theyre a retail provider of products.Sosince I have yet to receive any pricing information from either their website or from their unhelpful customer service agents I would say unless you know exactly what you want and can define exactly what it is that youre going how youre going to use it or have been working in the industry for you know a long time I wouldnt recommend utilizing this company for any type of material service based on what I experienced.

I didnt have the best experience in this store. On top of loading and unloading everything by myself, I was charged 15% restocking fee on items that I restocked myself. And to end thing on a more worse note, they couldnt refund me with the money I payed them, which is cash. With the most ridiculous store policy, that is not even posted for all to see, they can only give partial cash and the rest they mail as a check. Front desk workers are rude and inconsiderate. Very disappointed...

The two girls at the front are extremely rude. They were rude to us and gave us so much attitude when we visited this location. Customer service is so important... Especially during a pandemic. These girls made us feel so unwelcome that we are deciding to go with a different company. Really not what we expected from Mutual Materials. The locations up north are usually amazing and kind, but these two girls were very unfriendly.

Been coming here for many years since I was a kid, grew up using these guys for stones for many years coming here with my dad and friends. You will not have the same problems here that you will experience at Pavingstone Supply. Also if you do have a bad experience I doubt they will send you a stupid threatening letter to sue you over a bad review like Pavingstone Supply does. Mutual Materials offers great customer service, every time! I have only received one block out of thousands that was cracked when delivered and they were so nice about replacing it too. As a General Contractor, ALL my Sub Contractors love this place and refused to shop at Pavingstone Supply, now I know why. Thank you Mutual Materials for treating customer right!!!

Had to get a sealer for my brick chimney. Had the product in stock and gladly gave instructions for its application

If you call, before you show up they will tell you what to do, but all the time they are happy to help you out, even if you dont give them a call.
