Bought our brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee Lon a Thursday, left for a road trip with it on Monday, Thursday exactly a week after purchasing this jeep all the lights on the dash were on, the check engine light and the most scary part, the power steering went while we were driving with our newborn! We called the Jeep service number that comes with the Jeep and they were zero help. Called this dealership and basically was told it was our problem now because we signed for it. Called the service department to get it in and they have no concern or rush to get it in ASAP. The brand new jeep was 1 WEEK OLD! What am I suppost to do drive with my new born and hope the power steering doesn’t go again on the highway?! So much for customer service or appreciation or how about decency!!!!
Simple in and out. Half the cost to flash my durango than where I bought the vehicle. No upselling or other hassles.
Dropped my car off for an appointment. Didn’t even touch it till 2 weeks after. Service manager Rob was a complete a**hole for no reason. Worst customer service I’ve ever had. I came in to see if it was done. Rob told me no and he doesn’t know anything about my car so he couldn’t tell me what happened cause he didn’t work on it. Then told me I could just take it or leave it about 3 times knowing the work wasn’t done on my car. It was so bad I’m not taking my car there anymore rather drive to Syracuse than deal with them again. Also tried to tell me I need a whole new power steering pump tried to charge me about $1700 for a new one when all I needed was a $30 reservoir to stop the leak. Now makes me wonder what else they charged me for that I didn’t need.

I wouldn’t buy a stick of gum from this place. Bought a 18 wrangler and 2 weeks after purchasing I noticed abnormal amount of play in the rear wheels. Indicating possible wheel bearing issues. Made a appointment with dealer and was told it was normal lol then tried to charge me to look at it. Had the vehicle 2 weeks maybe. 2000 miles later rear end is now making severe grinding and clunking noise. Take it to a different dealership and guess what’s wrong? Yup, wheel bearings. Huh that’s funny right? Guess both outer and inner pinion bearings went in 2k miles. They never even checked the fluid in the rear end when I brought it in. I know bc I did a paint line on the fill screw. Pretty said I had to take my vehicle to another Chrysler dealer to be diagnosed and fixed.
If I could give a negative rating I would! Went to test drive a car, and I decided that I didn’t like it. I went there specifically for that car. I had called ahead and made an appointment with the sales manager. When I arrived the manager set me up with Gage Wright. I drove the car and when I came back and said I didn’t like it Gage was beyond pushy! I am so disgusted by the way I was treated. I don’t like being pressured to make a deal even though I didn’t like the car. I wanted to leave so I told him to make sure he deleted the picture of my license he needed for some reason? He gave me a hard time about it. So I decided I needed to write this review. I don’t know why he felt the need to be so aggressive, maybe because I am a female going in alone and he thought he could push me into something? I am just so disgusted how I was treated! I recommend going to any dealership other than where that guy is!
Why do I keep going back?? Sub par service. Requires multiple hoops just to have a recall item fixed....

Sales person was kind. Patient. And personable. However when prices didnt work and calculations didnt match, the additional $90.00 per month on a lease payment was explained as its the bank charging you that monthly for not putting money down.. so I have to pay the bank an extra 90 a month as a risk/penalty for not putting money down ? Figures didnt add up at all, so unfortunately sale didnt happen. But wont take the poor sales figures out on a very nice guy!

After going to 3 dealerships in Syracuse, we came here and were really glad we did. Found a used 3 year old jeep for below market price. Concerns we had about the vehicle were dealt with immediately. The whole process was easy and everyone was friendly- they actually made the car buying experience enjoyable. Jason in the finance department, and the sales manager were very attentive, easy to work with, and brought along a sense of humor and respect. Hard to believe a place like this still exists. Will bring all my future business here for sure, and will urge any friends looking at CDJR to come here

Outstanding experience with Fox Jeep! I worked with sales rep Frank on a potential Jeep Compass deal - he was knowledgeable about the car and answered all of my questions. He followed up with me and got me all the info I needed whenever I asked for it. I decided to go with another vehicle in the end, but it had nothing to do with the great team there.Would definitely recommend them if youre considering one of the vehicle brands they sell!

We recently had a Dodge truck starter and module replaced for the sum of $1731.35. It took 6 days to get it done. Parts were $811 and on line they amounted to $186. This seems outrageous at best.Labor was $800. Really???Not happy!!
Worst experience - scheduled an appointment through Mia and when I drove out an hour for it, the dealership was closed. Wasted my time and money to get here, just lost a customer. DONT COME HERE
We like this dealership and vehicles and we are repeat buyers here. Salesman was very informative both times we went recently and showed us some very good cars. Service was excellent and we definitely recommend this place to others. We did a comprehensive review of other places and options but this is where we returned to for best deal and are very satisfied.

So Monday I test drove a truck and in turn put a down payment on it. I gave them my info to finance the rest. No one seemed very ambitious at all. Then I was informed the truck had not gone through the service department yet...why... that should have been done before taking a down payment...in my opinion. It has taken all the way to today to inform me they can not even sell the truck...why I dont know...After supposedly they needed to fix an oil leak. Then have the nerve to say they will try to get a check ready for me. To top off the whole thing on Monday when I gave the dealership my SS number and info to obtain a loan I have yet to receive a phone call about my personal info...but my fiance did and was informed of the monthly payment info. Hello...we are together but really none of his business thats my personal info. At this point its probably for the best. And this is exactly why I am turned off from dealerships and mechanics as they are a lot like politicians. They are not truthful.
I have a total bumper to bumper extended warranty. They lied to me, saying they contacted the warranty agency. Saying they denied coverage. They said the repairs would cost nearly $1000. They just wanted money. A few people in the place were nice though. And they promised me I would have my car back the next day. It has been 4 days, and nothing. (6-14-19)

Service department was awesome! So helpful and friendly! Although Jane Fox when we live in Central New York in the middle of December a dodge dart isnt the ideal car for winter. Especially when I leave my jeep compass in your hands. I have 4wheel drive for a reason. When you have a rental it already makes you more nervous, more money to spend if something goes wrong with it. So any all wheel drive vehicle would be a better choice for your customers who need a rental.
This was the easiest car shopping experience Ive ever had, and have bought or leased at least 15 cars over the years. The staff asked what I was looking for in a vehicle, we took it for a test drive and they asked what lease terms would make me happy, I told them and they made the deal happen. A dealer down the street (different manufacturer) played the dickering game with me and still didnt get down to terms I was happy with after going back to the Sales Manager 4 times. Im very satisfied with the whole experience at Fox and am enjoying my brand new Ram 1500 quad cab with Hemi power.
Not to happy with this dealership again. Brought a new 2017 Dodge Ram. Went in and looked at the truck and was very happy with the vehicle. Gave all information to get the process started, which went great. Told both my salesperson and the fiance person I would return the next day at 12:15 to finish the paperwork and take delivery of my new truck. Stopped back the next day at 10:30 to make sure we were all set for me to pick it up. I arrived a little early since I was on my lunch hour and wanted to get back to work on time. Meet with a different salesperson because I was told my salesperson was off that day. Did all the paperwork in 15 minutes, and no truck. Then I see my truck drive off the lot and go to be fueled up, so`I thought it was ready. My truck returned and I walked out to get in it to find out nothing had been done to it as of yet. I told the prep person I needed it as soon as possible due to I have to get back to work. He told me it was not noted that it was a 12:15 pickup time. At a little after 2:00 my truck was brought around to me to find that all the did was remove the plastic covering and removed the stickers. The salesperson that delivered the vehicle to me said my salesperson would contact me on Thursday when she returned to work. She left 1 message on my home phone to call her back on Friday. Tried to contact he 4 different times but she was with customers and unable to take my call. Left my cell phone number so she could contact me, but never got another call from her and now its been 10 days and nothing. I did express my concerns with Brian and he is trying to resolve the issues with me. Was supposed to return today to have the truck, but with work I was not able to get it there because I could not be without a vehicle.Will see what happens now.
The staff at Fox went above and beyond for us during our recent purchase of a new Pacifica. Ryan was especially helpful. He made arrangements for a wheelchair lift to be installed in our car. This was certainly beyond our expectations. Although weve only put a few hundred miles on our car, it seems to be well-prepared and has not given us any trouble at all. Were so glad that we bought from Fox. I cant imagine any other dealership matching the superb service from your staff.

Bought a 370z in spring of 2018 my friend crashed it 4 months after got it. everything was paid but the added warranty to the car that fox had to pay because gap or insurance doesnt cover it so they didnt pay it for over 8 months and no one told me anything i had to find out when I went to get a new car!! and long story short that killed my over 720 CREDIT SCORE! After I was told everything would be straightened out. So thank you so much.
One star is generous, i can’t rate them 0 stars apparently. Absolutely will never buy another car from FOX after today. After their 4th attempt at fixing the same problem on my 200 Sport AWD, today I was picked up by their shuttle vehicle to go retrieve my supposedly finished car, backing out on to the road the driver backed in to another car. Not only does the service department not seem to be very apologetic that they keep returning my car without fixing the problem but the driver couldn’t even be bothered to ask if me, his passenger/customer was alright.

If I could rate this place less than one star I would. Going through this dealership was by far the worse decision my wife and I have made in our lives. In May of this year, we bought a 2016 ford focus from them. This is where our list of woes begin. First we noticed that over a thousand miles had been put on it since it had been inspected, even though they told us it had been inspected the day before.Odd, but whatever, not a big deal. Or so we thought. The day we brought it home, it had no highbeams. So we bring it back. Problem with the wiring and instead of rewiring it in the wiring harness, they rewired it and draped the wire across the top of the engine compartment. Shoddy work. The very next day, the check engine light came on. So we take it back to no avail. They tell us it was never on when they had it and to take it to a ford dealer. A couple months later, with the problem persisting and the car stalling out on the highway with my family and I inside multiple times, we contact the ford company and they tell us that there is a recall on the purge valve and there was no way the check engine light hadnt been on when the dealership had it. That this is a common problem with the 2016 ford focus. So Fox had reset the light when they couldnt fix it and not said anything about it. We spoke to the service desk there almost every week for 3 months and received no help, only rudeness and lies. Now for the icing on the cake. When we bought the car, one of the selling points was that it had all new tires. Well today we took it to a tire shop to have a flat fixed. When they removed the tire, it was full of fix a flat (multiple cans the tire guy said) and instead of bead sealer they used silicone. The people there said it was luck it hadnt blown out on the highway and killed us all. Fox is the worst dealership I have ever been to and full of liars and crooks. Through negligence they attempted to kill my wife, kids and I. If you value your safety and that of your family, I would suggest finding someplace else to shop. A junkyard would probably be a better bet for a safer and more reliable car.

Never again. They drained my 3 year old battery detailing my car and automatically blamed the “old” battery. 3 years is old? Wouldn’t even consider offering a new battery, a jump and push me off their property was how I felt. I bought my car there, and had a service contract, but will never be back after those attitudes, even after agreeing the detail crew did it, somehow it was still my problem, not theirs. Worst customer service I have ever received.
It wasnt me personally it was my daughter she went in to buy a vehicle picked one out took time from her busy schedule shes a nurse in aburn they made a deal and from that point on got the runaround double talk from everyone she talk to was miss informed I dont know who runs this dealership but if they worked for me i would seriously be checking into their qualifications in my line of work if i did that to my customers i would be out of business very poor operation do not buy from this dealer

Tim Pelc was very patient when we showed up to test drive a vehicle with our three children. He took it all in stride as they touched, opened and clicked everything they could find. We found a truck at a very fair price, that seemed to be in very good condition. I wish that the sales manager had been willing to give us a 30 day warranty on the vehicle; it would have inspired more confidence.Tim did, however, and was an absolute peach to deal with - there were several repairs that our car needed to pass inspection and he was great about relaying updates from the shop about when the parts would arrive and when the work would be finished. Aside from just being friendly, Tim and his team did quick work and communicated very clearly. Car shopping with three kids is no fun, mine started asking the employees in the break room to share their food, but everyone was a good sport about it. We got what we wanted at a good price. My new to me truck is running great and I am glad to have it.

Picked up a used Harley Sporster from Fox Chrysler that they had advertised on EBay. The staff were mpore then friendly and pleasant. I was a bit early and they had no problem letting me in and wait. Had the chance to talk to a few about the area and life in Auburn, what a great bunch of people. Dealt with Tyler the Sales Manager, and he was more then helpful,informative and extremely pleasant. Felt more like picking a vehicle up from family rather then a unknown dealership. I recommend anyone looking for a New or Used vehicle to go on over to Fox Chrysler,Dodge,Ram and give them a try, for a family friendly experience.
The parts people are just rude and appear to have better things to do. So a typical Jane Fox outfit. Edit 7/24/18 after their reply to the review I decided to give them another shot. NOPE, exactly the same! They are just not interested. Although no exactly chipper at least Jeep in Fulton will get you the parts you need without an attitude.

I just pulled in with my dodge truck covered under dodge warranty, that started making loud grinding noises on the road this morning and is not safe to drive. I walked in with my wife and daughter, told service what happened and that we are stranded. The response was ok, go ahead and leave it here and we will try to look at it tomorrow or the next day..... nothing else, not even lets take a look or anything, just leave it. Well thanks guys... cold arrogant and just plain rude...

The manager was extremly rude and pushy, we decided not to buy a car we were looking at there and he said you are expecting to find a perfect used car which isnt true. The car has been sitting on the lot for over 100 days and had 500 more miles then what it said online so obviously a lot of other people thought the car was not worth the price they were trying to sell it for. Looks like Ill be taking my business elsewhere when we couldve just found another car that they had on the lot.

Went there to look at a used Grand Cherokee and was very disappointed. Most of the used cars and some of the new cars were not clean at all with the Grand Cherokee we looked at having dog hair all over it and food found in it. The outside was also quite dirty like somebody had been driving it for a couple months and never washed it. The salesman was nice but i had much more knowledge on the vehicle than he did and he even said that he was the one who took it in on trade. He also kept stating that the car was pristine when it was far from it. The car had lots of wear on the leather interior with various holes in it which was not at all shown on the internet. There was also rust spots on the vehicle that were definitely not shown on the website because I wouldnt have wasted my time going to look at it. I will never come back and I would not recommend going there for a used car I might go back if I was looking for a new car if they had a very good deal and you would have to look past the dirt.
I had warranty work done. Now my car has an oil leak, coming from the same area That was worked on. They take no responsibility for it, but will gladly take my money to repair it! No thanks! I will never buy another car from there, or have any work done there again. This was my first and last experience with the service depart.

While Ive been pleased with the used VW Jetta I bought here, I was sorely disappointed with the experience at the dealership. They played the typical car dealership song and dance around my trade in value, which nearly caused me to leave. Beyond that, they did not disclose to me until *after* we had signed all of the purchase agreement that they only had one key fob for the vehicle. They offered to *try* to contact the previous owners of the vehicle to acquire the key, but since then have turned into a black hole. Repeated attempts to communicate have gone unanswered. Ive had to replace the key fob (at a cost of $300) myself. Will probably never do business with this dealership or more broadly the group of Fox dealerships after this experience.

Im happy with the vehicle I purchased, a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I am happy with the saleswoman, Cheryl, who helped with our purchase. I am NOT happy with the salesman who assited me during my first trip to the dealership. When I asked him, how much to add a tow hitch to the Jeep? He gave me a long winded explination about how complicated of a job it would be, it would require removing the entire rear suspension! I went home a did a simple google search, turns out the jeep is prewired for the hitch and it is held on by 4 bolts. Once I actually purchased the Jeep with Cheryl, they took the Jeep in the back to get detailed. When the deal was done, the jeep had only been washed. Not detailed. Infact when I got home and cleaned the Jeep myself, I found an empty monster can under the seat! Nice vehicle...but not so great of a dealer ship. I would buy a Jeep else where.
Our family has been doing business with Fox, & specifically Cheryl Canino, for 23 years. We have always been treated with respect & appreciation for our business. We have never gone into Fox CDJ & not come away with a vehicle. They know we do our homework on pricing & never try to bamboozle us. There are other dealers much, much closer to our home but we always drive the 65 miles to buy from Fox. Keep up the great work Mrs. Canino!!
