This place was exactly as I expected... The only problem i had was trying to get my Verizon information so I could port my existing number. The helpful metro representative called metro porting and they were able to complete the entite transfer via 3 way call (me, metro PCS porting and Verizon customer service rep.) over the stores land line. The entire process took about 20 minutes. 👍

Better customer service then the store on A street. They actually helped us rather then trying to tell us they couldnt help unless we bought a new phone. When I bought and got the plans at the store in A street, they said if I paid my bill on time they would give me stuff for free but that hasnt ever happened. This store is better then the A street store only because they actually help their customers. Thanks

Bad attitude. And do not honor their word. They put a piece of gorilla glass on my phone that wasnt the right one and said if i have any issues with it to bring it back and they would replace it. I came back and the rude lady said i would never say such a thing... And gave me a horrible attitude. I would recommend a different store. But as far as the company its a good service. This location is just giving metro pcs a bad name.

Ive been with metro for 5 yrs and ive always gone to this store but for the last yr the ppl who work there suck. Its more like a place for the 2 of them to socialize with each other rather then the customers. Recent visit Amelia lacks customer service. My bf went and bought 2 phones brought them home and within minutes i dont like my phone (stylo 3 plus) i call and well they say no returns because its considered an upgrade. Really metro less then 15 minutes and you cant return it. She asked what was wrong with it and i said it sucks. Her response was well he looked at the demo. You know the 1 that is glued to the table. Lol what a joke. You xant purchase a phone in there store unless you acti are it in there so when it comes to surprising anyone with a gift thats out of the question so again they lose money there. Because ive been a customer for 5 years i dont qualify for the 4 for $100 unlimited plan. I could go on.....i will research my options out there but from this household we do not think highly of this store or their people. I gave them a 1 because you have to.

Metro PCS is a good company, i dont have a problem with the phone and network but this particular branch in auburn near Super savers store sucks.. I believe the older lady is the manager. Customer service sucks, dont make the customer wait and just ignore them or pretend that you dont see them.. if youre busy with other people explain to them why.. You need to change the management of this site.. when i pay my bill and I know i was ahead of time, the cashier made a comment youre paying early? so what if i pay early.. you should be happy and also customer service comes with sincerity, you may can fake it but make sure youre good at it...People can tell the difference..

Stopped in Metro PCS store on Auburn Way N to look into switching to them. The only sales person was talking with a customer, so I waited thinking I would be helped soon. After waiting for ten minutes, all of which to find out they were just gossiping I was still being ignored. Bad enough not being greeted when I entered, but to be ignored was insult to injury. This lack of customer service tells me that Metro PCS is not worth my business.
