This place yes they fixed my phone and the crack but literally all of my stuff is discolored. They did not test it before I walked out they just handed it to me and it literally is so discolored.

Not very professional. All though they were the only place who had my repair part in stock. They didnt transfer the flash lense from my back camera bump. The back glass had a gap after being installed. And they completely butchered the mid housing cutting my phone open with a razer blade. I expected a little bit better quality of repair. Specially on a phone that cost me 1,500$.

Absolutely horrible. I paid $200 for water damage and the new screen he installed is cheap and easily breakable. Not even after two weeks the phone cracked by me applying pressure on the screen and my phone glitches constantly- he was no help when I came back in about it. So rude and offered “$20 off”. If I could give zero stars I Would.

Just had a great experience - The other cellphone shop was going to charge me $30 just to diagnosis my phone so I went in with my phone to here instead. My phone was completely unusable but wanted to see if fixing the screen would help me be able to unlock it because my phone wasnt backed up- The owner fixed my screen but saw that my phone was wiped so there was no point in me trying to fix it since I just wanted the data. He charged me nothing even though he did a ton of work just to help me diagnosis it. Really fast and helpful service 100% recommend this place

My iPhone SE lost its ability to charge with an apple lightning cable. I dropped off the phone and two hours later, the technician diagnosed the issue as a bad lightning port and ordered a new one. I returned the next day to learn a bad logic board was instead at fault. I decided not to fix it since the phone could still charge with an aftermarket cable. After this process, he billed only for the aftermarket cable.

My experience was great! My dell inspiron computer was not turning on, so i tried to fix it with the help of the dell help forum. The instructions didn’t help me much so i went to the phone clinic. He fixed my computer in like 5 minutes and didn’t charge for it since it was such a small repair. Very fast very effective

I Spent over $130+ getting my screen fixed and purchased an otter box. After one drop my screen is shattered flashing different colors, pretty much ruined. I called to be informed there’s no warranty and it’s nothing he can do regards to the otter box not working. So please keep in mind before going here that you’re paying a lot of money for no warranty. I had to go elsewhere and pay more and was informed the screen I got originally from this place was poor quality.

This place is awesome! They had my phone fixed super fast after I had taken my phone to get fixed at Best Buy they told me I needed a new phone and didn’t even open it to look at it! They fixed my phone very cheaply and were very nice!

Love this shop! Phone was dying at 70% on my iPhone 6S. He changed my battery in 15 minutes and now it does not go below 50% after all day use. He saved me 100s of dollars not having to buy a new phone and being able to stick with my “ancient” phone.

Late last night my cat knocked my iPhone off a counter and shattered it. I went to this Phone Clinic the next afternoon and the man was very nice. Had it fixed within 30 minutes! I just went to Little Italy and grabbed some pizza, by the time I came back to wait for my phone it was already fixed! Looks great and he even put on a screen protector for free. Very nice, fast service. It cost $108 for me, not too bad. I’ve paid more for less quality work and he had an option for a lower quality screen (just the outer part, not the screen itself) for about $10-15 less, but I went with the premium. Great service! (It was an iPhone 7, other ones might cost something different).

He did a fantastic job, fixed my phone in under 20 minutes while I watched. No gimmicks. Dude was super nice. 10/10 would recommend if you are willing to pay $86 for a cracked phone. He threw in a free tempered glass protector as well 🐐.

The glass they use for replacement screens is much flimsier than the stock iPhone glass. Shattered whole screen while in an Otterbox within 4 days when I haven’t ever shattered a screen in over 10 years of owning an iPhone (repair was for a drop that damaged the display, glass was still intact). No warranties or refunds available for cracks on their replacement other than $20 off of them replacing it with the same junk glass.

Amazing customer service. I had my iPhone X screen replaced with a refurbished screen, but it had some issues initially. The first replacement had scratches under the glass which I didn’t notice until later. He replaced it for free since it was damaged. The second replacement I got worked for the majority of the time but randomly would get ghost touches, click instead of scrolling, and held down keys. It took me a little over a month to be sure it was a problem with the screen and not iOS glitching. Even though I wasn’t able to replicate the problem, he took my word for it and gave me another replacement! Just an outstanding warranty and customer service. Also, he replaced each screen in less than an hour. Not many places will do same day screen repairs like that at a price lower than Apple’s. Can not recommend enough.

Dropped off a phone to have the battery replaced and was told it would be ready in one to two days. Called the next day and was told the wrong battery was ordered but they had another one coming in two days. Called two days later and was told the phone would be ready in 30min. Went up there and was given a run around with now a week wait time. When I went in after the week was told that the battery was ordered off Ebay and wasnt coming.Went to IFix in the mall and got the battery replaced in 30min for less then they were charging here...

Amazing employees! My phone shattered in the beginning of my 3rd shift & I was panicking at the thought of not having my phone for a full 12 hours. I found one of theyre employees contact information, emailed him, and he actually drove to my work at 9:30 at night to fix my phone for me. I have never expierenced better service! Ive had to have screens replaced many times in this past & this was by far the cheapest especially when this man left his home in the middle of the night to assist me. I recommended them to everyone at work and I will continue to use them in the future

DO NOT TRUST THEM FOR BATTERY REPLACEMENTS ON IPHONES.About a month ago, I got a battery replacement from them on my iphone, and the new one they put in was running out of battery even more than the old one--about 1% per minute--dying at 24%. So, I ran a battery testing app on it, and the replacement they installed performed WORSE than the original battery that was being replaced (the original was over 2 years old!)So I brought it back to tell the owner, and he had the nerve to put a second garbage battery in my phone. Luckily, I looked at the battery as he was putting it in, and I saw that this NEW battery had the serial number literally covered up, with a black marker. I asked him why it was like that, and he stuttered and basically said nothing.I got my money back and ordered a do-it-yourself kit from amazon, and what do ya know, the battery works great and performs really well on my testing app. These guys are scam artists and they get away with it because most people would never think to act that way.Be very careful here, or go somewhere else.

Worst experience. Monday, November 5 2018 is when I got my phone repaired which is today and it was a gift to my friend and the new screen does not work at all. Half of the screen is disabled and certain letters on the keyboard doesnt work at all. I do want a refund or it to be fixed for what is broken. I paid $140 to get it repaired and Im not paying another dime here to get it fixed again when that was the plan in the first place.

I dropped my iphone 5c face down on the concrete and shattered the whole screen. This was the first time I have ever cracked a phone, so when I asked around, I heard about the Phone Clinic here at Auburn. I took it in and it only took 30 minutes and my phone looked brand new! Price is up there but not nearly as bad as other places would charge (less than $100 for mine)

Worst phone service ever. I got my phone fixed and was assured Id have an OEM part. It wasnt. Then it broke when I pressed a button. Not only that, but I came back in to talk to them about their poor work, and they suggested that I unload more money for a new one. STEER CLEAR OF SCAMMERS.

BROKE MY PHONE!I went to get my cracked screen repaired and when my phone was returned the camera didnt work. The phone was in perfect working condition before the screen repair so I went back assuming it was a simple mistake. Turns out not he damaged my motherboard and wouldnt have the correct part to fix it for another week! When I took my phone elsewhere to have the camera fixed they told me the damage he caused was not fixable and I would have to get new phone!

I came into this store with a broken home button on an iphone 6. He gives it back to me and tells me that there was a screw loose and that the button was off centered. A week later I come back because the home button is not working again. He tells me for the first time at this point there was water corrosion and he dares to charge me AGAIN. why did he not tell me this in the first place? He puts a brand new button on and gives me it back. I get home and try to update my phone through my MacBook and now I get an error 23 message... I google this error message and its an issue with the HOMEBUTTON. I take it BACK to him for a third time and he then tells me I couldnt update my phone with the new button. why does this guy insist on not telling customers important information??? Also, I took it to Ifixit to see if they could fix it and when they took it apart. There were screws and a plate missing in the phone!!!! He was rude, stole my money, and didnt even put parts back in. Trust all these 1 star reviews this store is HORRIBLE!!

Wish I could give one star. Left screws out of my iPhone, screen was flickering and had lines a week after being replaced. Went back and asked if he could replace defective screen and was denied. What phone repair store doesnt offer any warranty (for their defective screens) and refuses to stand behind their own work?
