I sad to be treated as such. I called today requesting an oil change. The number associated through google search I am assuming was only for car sales and not services as I was inquiring about an oil change service. The clerk who answered transferred me to services immediately (was unpleasant) to “services” and I sat on the phone for 25 minutes (picture attached) to no avail. A simple oil change request or possible appointment was all I needed.It’s unacceptable to be forced to go to a Firestone or Midas when I prefer to be serviced at the Chevrolet dealership being I own a Chevrolet.

I have used Lynch Chevrolet (3) times now for servicing my vehicle. I was prompted online if I wanted to make a service appointment. I completed the service appointment on line and received an email from the Service Manager thanking me (standard style letter) as well as (2) text messages confirming appointment. Upon arrival I was greeted by a service advisor (female) asking, “What you needing done”. I explained I had an appointment for 8:00 AM. She immediately said, “ You must have made it online.” I told her I did and her response was, “There are several vehicles ahead of you and we only have one person changing oil today”. I had requested my vehicle receive the “complimentary wash”. Truck wasn’t washed and on two previous occasions wasn’t washed yet it showed it was on receipt. I expect better service than this, especially when they charge $30 more for the service than other dealerships. If they don’t acknowledge online appointments then they need to remove it from their website.

They are entirely too expensive for repairs. The last time that I went there they changed my oil and the next day my car was smoking on the interstate. All of the oil had leaked out! Service person told me to drive it there! Really? Drive it with no oil? I’m convinced I’m paying for them to bring in outside people to do repairs.

I have a 97 Corvette and have had concerns about taking it anywhere for repair. I have had little problems with it over the years and have been able to do most things myself. Recently my harmonic balancer was going bad as most do in C-5/6 Corvettes. I neither have the physical skills or the tools to do the wide range of things(estimated at 7 hours of labor) required to remove and replace the balancer. I trusted Lynch and they got it done.
The staff was great assisting me with a car loan my mother had. I was even able to get the vehicle fully serviced the same day without an appointment. Everyone was pleasant and made a difficult experience manageable. Thank you to the Lynch Chevrolet & Cadillac family.

Bought a brand new 2021 Tahoe in Feb and 5 months later it sounded like someone was beating a hammer in the motor when I cranked it up. Took video and had it in the service center on a Friday to show Lynch. They didn’t find anything wrong when they plugged the car into their data system and told us to let them know if it continues. 2 days later it is still making same noise but they had no service openings for another week. By that point my check engine light is on. Car goes in to service on Monday and I finally get a rental from Lynch on Tuesday. It took my husband getting involved with Arthur and Christy who sold us the vehicle to actually get some feedback which was not good. We wanted some sort of compensation for the issue with a brand new vehicle and Arthur told us it was not their problem, we would have to deal with GM. He also stated this is a problem he has seen 4-5 times. The only 2 people that have seemed to be of any help at Lynch are Ricky and Jeff. Very dissatisfied and will not be back.
People are friendly. As I approached a gentleman, I guess in sales, I asked about how to get the recall done. He took me to the service department (not pointed to but walked me to). And the service manager was very nice.

Both passenger side tires are leaking. Requested to have them looked at during service. Was told at pick up that they were good. Both needed air the next day, that proves they were never even checked.
Well I was not given my birthday discount at the time of my checkout. And after I arrived home I recognized that the caps on new tires were left off.The good part of this story is, when I got home I called my service technician who attempted to make corrections. But I still had to waste time.

I noticed a vehicle on your lot for sale within a financial budget I had set for myself. I pulled onto your lot to view the vehicle 2017 Chevrolet Trax LT. I liked the pricing and the low mileage along with it being a SUV and it’s size for compatibility. Car salesman approached and introduced himself Willie Gosha and I asked did he have a key for me to see the inside. Mr. Gosha brought me the key and after viewing the inside we conversed. Mr. Gosha gave me his business card and I told him I would be coming back. I called Mr. Gosha back stated he would be working until closing at 6:00pm. I returned, test drove the vehicle and purchased it. Mr. Gosha is a good asset to your establishment with his kindness and professionalism qualities.
I took my 2014 traverse in at 7:30 am. Waited all day to get a call, no I got a voice mail. Was told they were very busy. Maybe they should get some appendices to help out.

They had my oil changed in under an hour, rotated the tires (but I didn’t need it done), and washed the car (also didn’t need done b/c I had washed it the day before). They are really trying for that 5 star service, but they tried to turn my $60 oil change into an $800 affair by selling me a bunch of addition maintenance services my car didn’t need yet. I mean $140 to change brake fluid on a car with 65,000 miles? Try again. $200+ for a fuel injection cleaning? I can buy an $8 fuel injector additive at Auto Zone...overall it was pleasant and I will be back! The dealer prices on maintenance are just as competitive as any oil change chain.10/9/20 Second visit was just fine. Transmission flush; it was pretty busy, but they had me in and out in an hour!

I carried my car to Lynch Chevrolet service center have a somewhat major repair made. I was given an estimated cost and oked the repair. Upon returning to pick up my car I was pleasantly surprised to see that the final price was several hundred dollars less than the quoted price due to less hours of labor needed than expected. Very pleased with the work and would recommend this service center to anyone needing major or minor repairs.
Two visits have failed to repair defective thermostat. This time service manager drove and said was fine. I started car, set on 75 degrees and warm air started and continued to flow. Outside temp was 82 degrees. I set on 68 degrees and car started to cool. Service manager and a/c tech do not what a thermostat is. This car had an episode where it flipped from cooling to heat mode. Service paperwork says “customer states a/c not cooling, have to set on lowest setting”. I never said anything like that. This car still needs repair. I need to talk to Cadillac direct.

I went in for oil change tire rotation based on the promotion car wash and vacuum. I could not print out my coupon so I called spoke with service department, they informed me that they would honor it told me they would wash the car and vacuum it. Couple of hours later I went in and talk to the person at the front confirmed again they would wash it, rotate the tires vacuum and do my oil change for that one price. So I get my car back probably less than 30 minutes and I get in the car and it wasn’t vacuumed, So I go back in and I ask him about the vacuum, there words oh we didn’t vacuum it the vacuum cleaner is broke I have gone to this dealer before and they were supposed to wash and vacuum my car and didn’t do it then just not pleased with the overall service it’s always something when you go there and you need your car completely serviced as they advertise. I really question if they even rotated my tires.

This service department was excellent. We came into Auburn for two nights and experienced a critical issue with our Buicks drivability. After a quick call to the service department and description of our issue they invited us in with no promises other than that they will do their best to check the vehicle out and get it back to us for our trip home. They called us within a few hours with a price and had the vehicle fixed the next morning keeping us on track with our travels.

I got a oil changed and tires rotated! They didn’t reset my tire monitor! I took it back the same day and they told me I needed a sensor! That was a lie! I got somebody to reset my tire monitor and the tire light is gone off. They will not get my service anymore!!
