I love this chocolate! Best of the Seattle area produced chocolates and better than other more famous brands. The factory outlet store has a great selection for gifts and offers a neat tour.

Ordered a mocha. It was cool, they barely heated up the milk.

Amazing quality you can tell they put extra touches and care in behind the scenes. A must go every time you hit the mall.

The chocolate is pretty good but the customer service is not

My first visit! The chocolates are fantastic! This place makes hand crafted confections.....so if your looking for cheap chocolate, go to the drug store not here. I have tried chocolates from all over WA and this place is a winner! FYI I’m always on a constant hunt for sugar free chocolates that actually taste GOOD as well as regular chocolates. This is the place! So look no further, I would rate this chocolate a 9.5 out of 10. To get a 10 you need a booze filled chocolate.Customer service was fantastic (I went to the one on Main St). Tried the coffee and was yummy too.

Very much enjoy the chocolates. There is a large variety and some very special flavors. I bought several. Blueberry Truffles are the best. The young woman behind the counter was very patient and courteous with me as I made my selections. It did take ma a while. Glad I followed my impulse and visited this shop as I was leaving my appointment with the City of Auburn.

The chocolate was pretty good. However it was definitely not worth the customer service I have received. I have visited both locations multiple times. On more then one occasion I have had issues with the employees, rude judgment and lots of attitude is expected. I would never recommended this place to someone. Behavior like this in a working place is really pathetic.

First time here today. Took my daughter as she has been dying to go.Customer service was excellent.The girl was helpful and courteous.They had a wide selection of chocolates and candies.You can even see people making chocolates by hand! Awesome!

For all the downsides of Auburn, this place is a HUGE plus! Delicious chocolate, good (but pricey) coffee, convenient location.

We love Gosankos - it is a favorite for our bike Club and Grandkids.Easily accessible from the Interurban TrailThey were so nice!!!They even came out and took pictures for us so we could FB it.I really recommend the Salted Carmel Fudge & the Rootbeer Fudge!!! Yum!!Enjoy.
