I have shopped in the store for over two years. It was my choice for cartons of smokes among other things! They have a lot of products you expect at a full service smoke shop. The guys behind the counter have always been great, they know their stuff, they work hard to help, and they have great taste in music that sounds great throughout the shop. I know I can head up the hill and get a better price. I liked the shop as it had great service and was closer to me.I will no longer visit this shop. I visited the shop yesterday to buy another carton,. I asked for the carton and looked away. I turned back and the short gentleman had a mask in his hand and in my face. I am maskless because I am responsibly safe. I was startled but I had not asked for a mask, I asked for a carton of c not a mask. I politely said that I asked for a carton, not a mask. He said to put on the mask. I politely responded that I can buy the carton somewhere else and I left.I went up the hill and bought two cartons mask free.Realized that common sense and sincerity wins.

Cigar selections top notch they got King palms that are good cordial leaf cones tubes and stuff and the guys easy conversation and knowledgeable

Great customer service! I bought a vape that failed in less than a week. I couldnt replace it there due to policy, so i went the warranty route. The guy at the counter remembered me, what I bought, the alternative item he recommended and the entire situation. He was limited in terms of returns so he gave me a discount on the alternate vape. After the warrantee Ill have 2 for even less than I wouldve paid all because this guy had class.

They do not honor the warranty on the products they sell. Purchased vape with 6 month warranty. It failed in 3 months. Told me to contact manufacturer. Fail.

Customer service is WONDERFUL! They are very knowledgeable about products being sold! I live in Federal Way and commute on the bus; but I will travel to Auburn just because of Customer service and their friendliness!

Stopped by with a coupon from a manufacturer for a pack of cigarettes. When I presented the coupon the girl behind the counter told me they dont take coupons unless they are there but couldnt explain who they were when i asked. I just used a similar coupon a couple days ago and now they dont take them? Something is definitely not right. Used to go here all the time not anymore. Their policies seem to change depending on whos working

This is one of the very few places that sells my brand of cigarettes in Auburn. At first, the price was reasonable, just a couple of dollars more per carton than muckleshoot smoke shop, so since it was closer, I went there instead. After a couple of times, they raised the price by $3.00 per carton. Now they are $5.00 per carton more than muckleshoot smoke shop! I cant believe they just raise the price because someone is buying it on a regular basis. That is price gouging. I stopped going there and started going back to muckleshoot smoke shop. Then one day, I decided to stop by City Smoke Shop on Central Ave on the the way back home from work. City Smoke is the place I go now. They carry my brand and is $5.00 less than Muckleshoot and only $2.00 more than War Pony Smoke Shop in Fife. The guy who works there is very friendly. I strongly recommend going there instead of this ripoff place.

My husband and I love this place. The young woman working there in the last few months (give or take) is super sweet, helpful and awesome! This shop is definitely a favorite for our family!!

Ive bought several good pieces from this shop, but on my most recent visit I was sold a quartz nail that turned out to be not quartz, but glass, which led to the nail breaking after the first use. The manager declined to let me swap it or return it, even though it was clear the nail was misadvertised as quartz when it was not (as proof, I was able to scratch it with glass - if it was quartz, glass would not scratch it). He kept saying he bought them as quartz basically calling me a liar for insisting it was glass. I like the prices and selection here, but I wont be returning after that experience.

The guy that helped me set me up with my first vape, showed me all the different kinds and asked me my price point, even demonstrated one of the vapes I was looking at bc he owned one himself. Now were vape twins hahaHe helped me set up the vape and assemble it, even helped me pour the juice into the little squeezy bottle for easier refilling later and let me know not to puff right away and let the juice soak into the cotton in the screen or whatever so I dont burn it. Seriously great. Most definitely coming back for more later.Good job, fam. 😉🔥🔥🔥❤

I have been going here for about 3 years for vape stuff.. Employees are so friendly and helpful its the only place I will go...

This shop was my favorite for buying kratom powder...the staff is always friendly and very helpful until they got the blonde broad working there. She always screws up pricing...she has never charged me the right amount for anything and shes absolutely clueless about everything. Why they would want someone so incompetent working there is beyond me. Usually places try to keep customers happy, especially the ones who spend alot of money every week. Not this girl...seems to me like this is her first job and she needs some customer service training on top of a math class. Ill give her one more chance before I take my money elsewhere.
