Very nice boutique with very nice selection of womans clothes and shoes, purses, and jewelry. Friendly staff and very clean boutique.
Is having a bad attitude for no reason a requirement to work here?
Worst customer service in Auburn. Not sure why they even hire employees because they don’t do anything anyways, all the do is stand there and watch you. No one offering to get a room started, no greetings, nothing. Too bad
Cute store with reasonably priced trendy styles for my daughter!
Customer service here is the absolute worst in Auburn. Ive lived here for 5 years and I have never been greeted, asked if I need help, nothing. The manager/owner (not sure which one she is) is even worse. All they do is stand around the counter and gossip the entire time. Store would have way more success if their staff ever gave a damn.Yall should really fix this.
I am extremely offended with the customer service at this store. When I arrived at the store, my family was the only family inside the store on this Sunday afternoon to go shopping. No one working in the store greeted my family. However, other customers came into the store, they were greeted. I didn’t mind that I wasn’t greet. I know sometimes it’s a hit and miss, since I do work in a customer service industry. What I am upset about is the fact that was my family was standing in line waiting to be check out. There was a lady in front of us, I assumed she was being check out because she had a bunch of stuff. But it turn out that she was a worker and she was just stickering the products. I waited about 5-10 mins. Nothing happen. The cashier nor the lady who was sticker products turn to me and ask if I needed assistance or if I’m ready for check out. The cashier who was facing my direction didn’t even acknowledge me, but she had the time to turn toward the front door to greet people or ask people around the counter for assistance. I felt like I was being ignored. I don’t think my family was hard to miss, there were 3 of us hovering right in front of them.I read the other bad review on this store, and I notice this happen to another minority. And after reading it, I felt disgusted and wrong and discriminating against. My two daughter goes to auburn. And I know they go shopping a lot, I wonder if this happens to them a lot. And I wonder if this is the charming oak’s idea of what the auburn family is. Unless the auburn family does not extend to the downtown auburn.
Best customer service and store in downtown Auburn, despite what all the Karens on here have to say!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
About 95% of the occasions that I have come in here with my friend we have never been greeted. Im not sure if its because we have come in tshirts and shorts or what it is. All the workers have done is just talk to each other and then glare at us when we have questions or wanted to try stuff on. I have worked in a boutique before and am currently working at one, so I understand missing seeing a customer walk in the store, but the times recently that I have come in, it has been empty. Weve gotten looked directly in the eye when we have walked in and then the girls working just go back to either: talking to each other or looking on their phones. I used to LOVE coming in but the looks Ive gotten and the less than great customer service has made me go spend my money somewhere else. I really wanted to give Charming Oaks another chance but its frustrating to go into a store and feel like Im not welcome. Its really a shame because Ive found some cute items in there and have left empty handed because I dont want to spend money there.
I went into the store 3-4 employees standing by the register didnt even greet me. I walked around the store looking for a dress. Not a single one of those girls assist me. I left empty handed. First time I went I bought something bc the clothes were cute. I dont expect someone to constantly bother me. But could I at least got a hello and if you need any help please let us know. Def lost me as a customer. And I was really pleased with what they have there.
Love this store!
