Told bill I was looking for a great 8 Bolt And they couldnt even help me go find it so I walked out of there with a regular bolt And then was told I really needed a great 8 so I wasnt real happy with them

We were very happy when Family Farm & Home came to Auburn and we had a place with convenient hours where we could buy horse and chicken feed. We get a lot of garden and yard care items there. Our dog loves going into the store and finding new toys. Even though we dont have chickens now, we love seeing their selection of chicks, guineas, turkeys, ducks etc in the spring.

This place is great, always helpful and friendly. They have a good selection of farm and hardware stuff and an amazing stock of pet food! I always enjoy going there!

I am a sale shopper. Sales here are good so I frequent the store. Store is clean and well organized. That helps make a pleasurable shopping experience

The trees and flowers offered for sale are among the best in the area. Generally prices are similar or maybe a bit more to other farm stores within 20 mile range, but this is conveniently found in Auburn.

Its a great smaller sized farm store. But with that being said they do have a lot of useful items and tools also. The customer service is very good and the employees are amazing! Great place for diy hobbiest also!

Well normally Im a huge fan of FF&H but now it seems theyve gone off the rails. Had to practically fight tooth and nail to receive my rewards points as clerk mistyped email address. Found out those are just gone forever, changed to correct email for FUTURE certs but then I received my current rewards certificates ($25) on 10/21 @ 753a only to discover they expired on 10/24 !?!?!?!? Just received another certificate today (10/27) and it expires 10/31 !?!?!? Seriously??? I spent over $5000 there since July and this is how Im rewarded? I wont go back.

Greeted when i entered. Found what i wanted. Was asked if i found everything i needed and told to enjoy my day as i left. A+ in customer service today!

Big disappointment. Thought they might have fun chicken or goat shirts. Also assumed they would have much more garden stuff. Besides some seeds there was not much garden. Wont bother going back.

I go here for mostly my dog food every other week. They always have what we need. They have a great variety of dog treats that my dogs love at a great price. I come and get odd and end things for our yard and vehicles. They seem to have a little bit of everything we need for our house and yard.

While I usually love the store and get great service.. today my pup apparently had to go right then and there, Im sure it happens a lot. I did not come prepared, never thought of having apoop bag for inside a store. As I stand there looking around for someone I spot a young lady not far from the mess and ask if they have a bag or paper towel to pick up the poo, I got a annoyed look and was told I would have to go up to the cashier. The cashier was very sweet and quickly attempted to get me a paper towel and a bag, even though she had a line of people.

Zestos is a Ft.Wane classic. It has been around for decades and has always been a favourite of our familys Saturday or Sunday adventures. We always have pleasant service even though sometimes there is a wait. The twist cones have always been our favorites. Definitely a place to go if you are wanting good old fashioned delicious food and deserts.

Always a friendly atmosphere

Always my stop for dog food and random bolts or screws I need. Prices are always competitive and staff is always friendly. Place is dog friendly so I always bring my dog and let her choose a toy. Theres a dog grooming place in back that I have heard good things about.

Well cared for store, pretty much a nice Rural King with better prices. They have everything you would need for farm or home, stocked it willing to get it for you. Staff is extremely helpful and make this a choice location over any other store selling similar items.

Ghost town during lunch. This place has quite a good supply of things for the home, hunting, farm, and automotive items. Went here over lunch and was pleasantly surprised at the prices and helpful staff. Bought a few things. Total bill was under $20!

They have things that no other local store carries. In turn making it a great store for filling that niche. Friendly staff dogs are welcome inside, thats pretty cool in itself.

Had a difficult time finding all of the items that I was looking for some of which were items that I would have thought this store would carry. Also had a hard time finding employees in the store to ask for help. Purchased 300 - 400 pounds of various different types of animal feed and would have expected an offer to help load the items in my truck. Several other shoppers even offered to help load my items once I left the store. Will not make a return trip to this store any time soon and, will instead, go to Rural King in Kendallville.

Best place for really anything. Id rather stop here and get cat food and chicken feed, rather than driving all the way to rual king. The 4 star is because i stepping in pee on the floor. Maybe dont allow pets.

Not good. Went to get a belt for my mower deck. For a zero turn mower that I bought from them. They couldnt find which one it was. Told me that they will give me a call no later than1:30 and let me know what they found out. Well its 3 now still waiting.

This store is top of the line. Great products, great prices, and even has an in store grooming area. Everything you need at a great price. I drive from Kendallville where there are 2 farm stores just to come to this one.

I bring my golden doodle every 10 weeks to see Tracy the dog groomer. Shes a very good groomer, and my dog loves going there.

Buy a grill here they will make you tear it apart there are no grills in a box. Good luck tossing that treager in the bed of your truck and getting it home. No discount for your labor or damaged product. Corporate is a useless contact they seem to care even less. Word of advice rural king.

When I went here, there was a bunny with no water and very little food. Some of the chicks didnt even have food or clean water. Need to take care of animals better if they are in your store.

Nice people! Good place to take your dog, and if you so happen to have a dog mess, they will clean it up and not give you attitude about it.

Prices are a bit steep on some items but they have a lot of specialty equipment you cant get at most retail stores in the area.
