Me and my fiance came to get her ring resized. Almost immediately the woman who helped us was very rude and aggressive for some reason, and made us feel bad about not getting the correct sized ring because she didnt have the correct tools to work on our particular ring.I dont blame her for not being able to help us, but the rude and aggressive attitude she had really was a downer and ruined what should have been a happy day. Wont be returning anytime soon.Edit: In response to the owner; I really dont think you understood my complaint. I said it was fine that you couldnt do it. We had asked other jewelers as well who couldnt help us before finally finding one who could.However, the clear difference between those other jewelers and Golden Swann, was that they gave us other options we could look into and were very kind and eager to help us. We found an option that worked out perfect for our needs.All we ended up getting from Golden Swann was rude behaviour and accusations that really disheartened us in our search for help. I trust the expert.ios and am not going to tell them what I think can or cannot be done. I would just like to be treated as a valued potential customer and get some form of help as I try and make things perfect for my future wife.Perhaps, now I understand why when we walked in, there were just employees sitting around gossiping and were taken aback when someone else came in. Thank you though ;)

I was in and out in five minutes with a fixed ring for $10! Places like this still exist!?! I also got to chat with the woman there who absolutely made my day with the sweetest silliest lecture on ring care:)

Ben and Marg are the most personable people that I have ever traded with /beautiful atmosphere and a really sweet cat to give some love too /ben is more then fair when dealing gold and silver and Marg is great if you are shopping for that special gift. Also you can sit and enjoy the majesty of the clock tower /Mr ralph swann fame.

Fantastic selection from traditional to eclectic. Prices for resizing and repairs were much more reasonable than the mall kiosks. Owners Margareta and Ben are personable and welcoming. They helped me design a quirky wedding set with some technical challenges and pulled it off flawlessly - Im so delighted with the attention to detail and how much fun we had working together!
