I took 2 notebooks in that have been giving me problems for a while. I was instantly given the most honest questions and answers that I wasnt even expecting. The fact that they were so honest to say that it will cost more to fix these notebooks than what they are worth today, I would most likely be better off buying new ones.So refreshing to see a business actually persuade you out of a job because they dont want you to waste your money.Then the icing on the cake was when the owner (didnt get her name) gave me some little fix it pieces and insisted they are free.I am glad this was the first shop I went to and I would recommend going here first with any computer issues you are having whether you are in Grass Valley or Auburn.
