Awful service. They gave me back a computer that was even more broken then when I gave it to them. They have now ghosted me, not paid me back, and left me with more problems than I started with. Pretty sure the company has gone out of business, went to the store and it was empty. #KARMA

Cheap diagnostics for a laptop. Fingerprinting is fast and easy.However, they had my laptop for almost a month, and I had to call and ask about it after not hearing anything from them for a week. They scratched the top of my laptop. They lost the charging cable. To their credit, they did give me another one, but its a used charger, and mine was clean and neatly folded. Also, when I went to pick it up, the casing of my laptop wasnt all the way closed, so I had to wait for them to put it back together again.I didnt have any contact with the owner, but I did talk to the other worker. He doesnt know any pricing information at all. When Id call, I would ask how much diagnostics or a potential repair would cost, and he would say hed have to talk to the owner.All in all, theyre very friendly, and diagnostics are really cheap, but I wont go here again.

Mike and Scott are amazing. I needed to replace my old computer. Mike asked me a few questions about my usage, and in a few minutes had speced out a replacement proposal. He took the time to explain why he had chosen what he did. All super quality parts and very fairly priced. In a few days they had my computer built, and had transferred all my data and programs. Scott even set up Outlook to access a legacy POP 3 email account I still use, plus he upgraded my hardware drivers. Very impressive work. Super pleased!

When I first arrived at the building I was a little reserved but after meeting the gentleman that did my fingerprints I was at ease. He was very friendly and helpful. Did my fingerprints and had me out within 15 minutes and had my husband and I laughing the whole time.
