A quick in and out, not guaranteed. 9am opening was not quite accurate. Owner arrived at 9am, and about 915am when they were able to start helping us. Finally had boards in hand shortly after 10am. Staff were helpful though. Wasn’t on the mountain until 11am. Not a great start.

Got my broken snowboard ankle strap replaced with a used one for 15$ !!! I am eternally grateful. Definitely coming back.

A bit disorganized but good prices on rentals

Calm and slow going, but we were still quick in and out for our rental pickup of drysuits. The place is packed with gear, so I wish I had more time to just browse (and wish).

Super kind, helpful staff and we walked away with some awesome skis at a great price for my daughters 18th birthday... she’s super excited and they guaranteed them so I feel great about the whole experience.

Snow Mountain in Auburn is a great place for buying affordable used equipment. I have always been taught to look past the hype of a brand or store and see the value in something. Value being quality and affordability. Snow Mountain marks quite high on the value scale!Beyond the value of the store they have a large selection and very friendly staff. anyone who is headed up the mountain or in the area should make Snow Mountain a stop!

Place was a mess. I could not find my kids boots size easily because the boots was scattered all over the floor. The employees they not do much to help me find the correct size. The older gentleman was not very helpful with my rentals. The younger guys seem to be more helpful, but when I went to check out the young man was sitting down behind the counter the entire time. Im a big believer that people should stand up when dealing with customers. Other than that, the prices are great but the selection was kind of small. Which is okay because its a small store. My biggest complaint is just the mess and the lack of customer service.

This place has some amazing deals and had just what i needed. Got some used snow pants for about half price!!

Was able to sell some snow equipment for a decent prices. Thank goodness sometimes provides rectal equipment.

Great place to rent skis on the way up to the mountain. Convenient, easy and accommodating. I will keep coming back.

Rather small though decent selection of boards and skis not much for any thing else though
