Very pleasant staff, customer before me had an attitude, (couldn’t make them happy, many trivial complaints and most due to the customer’s ineptitude). I found them to be very helpful in this time of Covid-19 and went above and beyond in assistance with an issue of broken glasses I had. They were able to replace the whole set (lens & frame) at no charge. I have found them to being more customer friendly than any of the three eye care centers.

They were very pleasant nice front desk appearance and friendly greeting. The office assistant very knowledgeable about her machinery and explained what was going on. The dr was pleasant and knowledgeable about his decision. Knew exactly what was wrong with my case. I was very happy all the way around.

Terrible customer service. Took 5 hours to have a prescription faxed to Costco and the doctor did not sign the prescription making it completely invalid. The receptionists were incredibly rude and made it seem as though we were the ones wasting their time. Will never go here again.
