Great service a check for a better price that was sending my package and he filed one save me money and I thank him for it he took the time to wait on me and he had patients cuz Im old LOL

Absolute best service of any shipping place Ive gone. I just started an E-commerce business and they have been so helpful with figuring out how to properly ship things and even shipping to Canada etc. Really thankful for this great little slice of customer service heaven. So helpful.

Today I was sending a package and wanted to check how many stamps I needed to mail an envelope. He told me 3 stamps and I could not find my forever stamps (I left them in my car). So they sold me 3 stamps and charged me $1.00 per stamp. I ask if that was the cost of stamps and he said yes. I was surprised to je that was the cost now. Later I looked it up and it is not $1.00. It is .55 cents. I felt like they were dishonest and could have said there was an extra fee added. I would have probably waited and used my own stamps. I think that was not great to do to a repeat customer and will probably choose another location to send my packages.

I already had my letter ready to go, just needed to make sure it had enough postage. I went in this location to make sure. The owner said I needed an extra stamp. He typed in $1. Until he saw I only had a card! I understand card machine fees, but he ended up charging me $2 just for one stamp! Thats way too much for that, I could have gotten a few stamps for that! Since when is a debit fee a whole dollar? I feel they are making prices as they go!

Awesome customer service. They are friendly and helpful with any questions and patient. When I have to wait in line Im never waiting too long, unlike the local post office. After receiving only a couple of packages they already recognize me and have my package(s) ready for me by the time I get to the front desk to pickup.

This has been my go-to mailing place for more than 10 years. They can handle all of your mailing needs. Theyre always very helpful and make sure you get the best shipping rates/methods. I wish USPS could be more like this place.

I asked him to copy my documents, he said he cant do it. Thats his job do it. Worst service ever . I dont even want to give a one star .

The staff are rude and the prices are ridiculous! I do not recommend. $3.56 for one page printed is a rip off.

They were very lazy and wouldnt accept my ID even though it was valid and didnt expire for another month: due to the virus and I had documentation to prove it but they didnt believe it was legal or something? Uhm..why in the world would or how could I even fake that? If they would have taken the time to look at my paperwork or went to the DOL website...they would have easily knowm my Identification was authentic and VALID! Also, they were rude and treated us as if we were inconviencing them.

Auburn mail and copy is fast, easy and cheap! There employees are helpful and friendly. This is the place to go if you are in a hurry and dont want to spend all of your money just to ship a package.The nice lady in there will help you with anything that you need.

Great service

After issues at a UPS Store I tried Mail and Copy out. They normally charge for sealing packages but as mine was small they helped me out. I will be sure to seal the next time, but I do appreciate willingness to treat the customer right and well.

Every time I come here I regret it. They have a sliding scale of charges. Today I tried to drop off prepaid boxes for returns to a store (which Ive done before). I was informed for them to accept a USPS prepaid label its .75 per box. Odd. I have mailed identical packages here for work, and had the prices constantly change, when I questioned it, they backed it down to the usual. I also was told they do a 20-30% mark-up on any shipping rate-so they make a profit. Makes going to the actual post office worth it! Nice people, but frustrating business.

If your shipping do not use this store.when I went to ship my ipad for a repair, and asked for a receipt the boss said they had ran out.so I decided to ship it still probably the dumbest thing I did.it arrived damaged I called apple had to wait a few days for a response, as they get a lot of ipads. They informed me as it was dropped of a a drop box and couldnt replace it.apple told me to contact the place which I did, the boss of the place was not listening to anything I said. Which now I have to file a claim to try and get a replacement, I recommend you use a different location.
