Poorly organized. wasted 1 MONTH of my time over a $200 part. took 3 weeks to answer my emails. STAY FAR AWAY.

I took my truck for servicing after my trucks transmission broke down immediately after I moved to Washington from another state. I couldnt have chosen a better place to service my truck. The front office staff were friendly and the technicians including the shop managers are knowledgeable and were apt in the diagnostics. They put in extra man-hours to make sure my vehicle was perfect. Their prices are displayed and do not charge over and above market prices for their service. I recommend this company to truckers for you will not be shortchanged. Mark my words

Had a positive experience with Pacific power group. Receptionist was friendly and the technicians seem to know their stuff. Ill probably use them again in the future if I have more issues with my generator.

Recently had my commercial building generator serviced by Pacific Power Group (Generator Division)I was very pleased with the scheduling, quality of work and the information provided by the technician.

Not a good place for RV generator repair. I have a Kohler which they supposedly specialize in. Told them I had a carburetor that needed rebuilt when I booked the appointment. Their technician told me once I got there they dont have the ultrasonic machine to even clean a carb or the capability to work on the connected fuel lines.3 hours of waiting to tell me what I already knew, 0 help with my problem and $190 wasted. They were nice and cut me a deal on labor, but I should have gone to a place that could actually do the job.

I received a quote to service our generator for a soft $145.00. The receptionist was demanding I provide a credit card on file, which I refused and then the service person was 1/2 hour late. To make the insult to injury worse, they charged me $538.00 for the service call. They only changed the oil and 2 spark plugs. REALLY??? They also charged me for mileage ($40.00) and to dispose of the oil ($30.00) SERIOUSLY DO NOT do business with Pacific Power Generation. There are far to many reputable companies out there that are happy to have your business and wont leave you feeling like your wallet just got violated.BTW- Pacific Power Generation if you are going to quote a price, friggin charge that amount, not 4X the amount.
