This place is delicious! They have great pizzas and their ranch is absolutely delicious. This is Pizza express or the one on Bell rd is always my go to for pizza.

I didn’t want to have to write this review, but the crew here just had to go above and beyond. Yes the pizza is good, otherwise I wouldn’t have ordered it, but the service tonight was just legendary. Not the first good experience I’ve had here and it won’t be the last. Right on, guys.

I gotta say its one of the best pizza places in auburn for lunch. Pizza is always hot and tasty with a perfect crunch. Staff is very friendly as well.

First time ordered. A little issue with the online order process so I had to order twice and have a hold on one of my cards and order again on another. The pizza arrived fast but I think it fell! It was all jumbled up! The crust was very soft but it was tasty in spite of all that. The staff were nice though and the delivery driver was nice as well. On the fence. Maybe it was just this order. It’s very pricey. Over $30 for a medium with proper tip and delivery fee.

The pizzas are always fresh when received whether ordering delivery or takeout.I have had a few errors such as a wrong pizza delivered as well as being asked to use a more expensive alternative (DoorDash) to just calling in for delivery due to lack of drivers but this has not pushed me away as a customer as of yet.

This location is accommodating. Service is great. They have a semi-private room for parties over 10 people. Their garlic cheese chips are delicious and their veggie pizza is amazing.

Love the pizza, charge extra for ranch which I believe, but other than that great pie.

This is one of best restraunts for customer service, whether you order pick up or delivery. Chris the manager, has been very accommodating during this pandemic, and the only one who consistently delivers to Newcastle. Delivery is so expensive, for seniors on fixed incomes, the cost has been expensive, taxing on very limit income. However, Pizza Express, has definite gone above and beyond to help customers without hesitation or increasing the cost.

SO GOOD! We just moved to Auburn and this pizza place is around the corner from us. Didnt think much of it because it looks like a typical stripmall store, but this has quickly become our FAVORITE PIZZA joint in the area. The Polynesian Chicken is the bomb!

The staff is very friendly and the pizzas were really good. We purchased the supreme express and the garlic chips. My husband and i had missed the pizza. Its the only place we will go now. Oh and the salad bar was very well stocked and it was very clean. The entire area of the pizza store was clean. A great experience.

Small place. It was quiet here when I came on a Friday early evening. We ordered a salad bar and pizza. Salad bar could use some freshening up of the vegetables, some appeared as though they were older and had sat out for a long time. Pizza wasnt bad, however the sauce is very sweet.

My husband,kids,and i ate at the new pizza express in Rocklin ca. They had just taken over the establishment that used to be big daddy’s pizza. We live in Nevada and would eat at big daddy’s when ever we passed through ( it was our favorite) so we were skeptical at first but we were all very glad we decided to stay and eat. Their customer service was great. Everyone was very friendly. Their garlic chips were amazing, the salad was fresh, and the pizza was made fresh. I could tell that the dough was not frozen and the tomatoes were as if they had just cut them. They also gave our kids quarters with no hassle. We will definitely stop there again on our way through. We were even thinking about trying the one in auburn. A little closer to home lol. Thanks again for your hospitality.

The 2nd of 3 locations. Locally owned and operated by wonderful family and friends and there is no better pizza around. The even have a keto cauliflower crust that is amazing.

Pizza Express Maidu is slipping, I use to frequent the place often. However, the past few experience have been disappointing to say the least. Most recently I spent 25 min on hold and now I am getting a pizza from old town in less the 15 min. Just a few nights ago the pizza took over an hour to get to the table as we dined in, to add insult we called in the pizza.The pizza is good. But, not worth time. Speed it up and Ill be to patronize pizza express again.

I frequent here almost twice a month. Theyre a great local pizza place. I love their bread twists! The combo pizzas are a little over crowded and they dont put cheese on top before they cook the pizza so the toppings just fall all over the place. I normally just get a cheese pizza with bread twists

Whenever I pass by this or the other location of Pizza Express, drool starts to flow from the delightful aromas. The attraction overpowered me today, so its gonna be a roast beef, cheddar and provolone sammy to tide me over.DEE-LISCIOUS! All hot and melty and running down my hands and wrists, a large toasted roll to bind it together.. a bit too much BBQ sauce, so next time Ill request half the amount.Very friendly ladies keep the place going... friendly locals in the booths.Itll be tough to go back to work now!

I would of given 5 stars but the crew members need major improvement with regards to customer service. Example: Called to order 1 top pizza special(15.99 listed in mailer received a few days prior .) 1 order of Garlic twist bread with both Ranch/red sauce. The girl taking my order added the order up totaling 36.54. Ugh! So we went over the pricing 1 item at s time then she came up with 26.27 and said it would be ready in 20 mins. She never asked me to bring coupon at time of pick up and complete purchase of my order. So knowing Fridays are busy I gave them 30 mins., went in to pick it up and there was 2 people in front of me, employee leaning over with hands on chin in a in depth personal conversation nothing about that transaction related to food or drinks??!! So, after 8 mins. went next door to pick up a few things from the store, came back, keep in mind now I ve been ready to pick order up and haven t made it to the register yet for close to 15mins. Got back in line same customer is at the register but at least this time they wound things up enough for the person in front of me to move up and take care of their transaction. That went fairly smooth and then it was my turn! She asked what I wished to order, told her as she was walking away I called out my order needs to be pick it up, she mumbled something came back to register and asked me what I wanted to order, uh right! Pick up order she asked me 3 times my name, and didn t look in the holding oven until the 3 rd time,when she opened the oven where orders are kept, mine was the only one there!! Okay pick up order, name 3 times, she asked for my name again, I told her and she said oh gosh its been sitting here a long time!!! Okay had to laugh at that and said I realize that. NoW the fun part! (UNDERSTAND I WAS SPECIFIC THAT PLATES NAPKINS WOULD BE NEEDED!!)SHE BROUGHT ME THE Cheese and peppers about 10 each, PILED LOOSE ON TOP OF THE BOXES, and then the payment. She adds the items up and the final price ended up being 23.36 ??? not complaining about the price mind you but after counting the wrong change out twice,she turns and walked away!. I asked her if she planned on getting the dressings/sauces I requested,napkins,plates etc??? She said oh did you want those too? Uh yeah!! Well the pizza is the best around but mr or mrs owner may want to re train the poor girl, and perhaps show her how to prep to go orders for a smooth in out experience. And yes the garlic sticks were cold and pizza too, by the time it got home and people got to eat!! Guess what no napkins!! So helping a friend move into her place she had no napkins,towels etc. So sleeve it was to dab our mouths clean, the sauce did not get into the bag, 1 ranch dressing for 6 pcs of bread. But by this time, tired,hungry,hot we all had no problem peeling it all off! Like i said they have great food! Hope the representatives will be more comfortable with there jobs in the future!!! Poor thing, bet she thought I was needy, lol!!😁
