Had a great conversation with the manager, nice to talk to some one over 40 about gaming. Gave me some great advice, then the young man at check out was fantastic as well.

Expensive compared to other places...often double so know your prices going in. One of the staff seemed to be complaining that customers were at the register and he needed a computer out back because he couldnt get anything done waiting on people...not a way to make customers feel welcome or wanted which I think is the point of a business..

Great customer service, went in to buy a paddle is in to buy a paddle and was pleasantly surprised was pleasantly surprised by all of the new fun by all of the new fun stuff. Looks like looks like the online experience is banging now as well. Highly recommend coming here in person or ordering online send or ordering online and picking up at the store. The staff is very helpful.

I love Gamestop, however, recently their inventory system seems screwed up and never was a problem until recently. I search for a used game online and says its not in stock (cant even order online). I get to the store and there is no display case either. I asked an associate if they have any copies and they have plenty available. Wouldnt have known if I didnt ask.

The premises are very clean and the employees are very helpful when we said we couldnt see a game we wanted in stock they offered to order it and call us when it was in.

Weve bought and sold games here for years. They always have a good selection, prices and service. Just recently I bought a refurbished Xbox One S with 2 GB. Works great, and the price was better than all the other places I checked.

Wasnt a bad time but a staff member was too busy speaking with a friend about something completly unrelated to work. Normally I wouldnt really care but it took a while to get any help when the conversation could have easily been paused to answer my question which took less than five seconds, instead they told me to wait which took a few minutes. I was a bit annoyed listening to the employee talk about something completly not work related while I was waiting. I got what I wanted, just wasnt stellar, Ill still be returning but just was a little irritated when my quick in and out trip ended up lasting a lot longer than expected. If another customer was being dealt with Id of course not mind it one bit of course, but that didnt seem to be the case.

Good service but not great service...

I am someone who still enjoys physically going to the store and buying a game. I have always kept buy buying to GameStop as I feel I am dealing with Specialists who are passionate about their trade. You can always have a quick enjoyable chat about the purchase, upcoming games, etc, that you wont get buying your game online or at a big box. This Store is a great representative of what GameStop is trying to put forward

Still one of the few game stores left. My concern is the fact that they carry more novelty items like cups and stuffed characters than they do games...its like the Spencers of gaming stores

Normally a great location, tonight Paul tried to lie and tell someone he couldnt accept an exchange on a controller purchased 6 days ago from topsham without the warranty, but that the customer would instead have to drive to topsham for the exchange. Be wary of Paul with red hair, beard and glasses

I can see why Gamestop isnt doing well. This trip was the second time I wasted an almost hour drive because their website said something was in stock when it wasnt. If you cant even keep accurate inventory levels than what do you expect?

They always have good games but what sucks about the Game Stop franchise is that you can bring back 100 PS4 games and barely get anything back. Other than that, its cool.

My dudes. So I boycotted gamestop as an angry 13 year old about 7 years ago due to some corporate practices at the time. I figured i would give them a try again about a week ago and traded in and got some new games. Happy overall except one was scratched and couldnt be played. I spent the next couple days looking for the recipt so I could get another copy, but I figured today I would give them a call anyway. The person who answered was Cameron (?) and was very affable and overall eager to help. He offered to set aside a copy for me with my name and number no questions asked. This has been the best customer service Ive received for so long. I do not regret coming back here. Will be back too. Nice staff and products. Never usually leave a review either. Good work.

They have very friendly and super helpful employees. Great selections for every console and if they dont have it they will,help you find it weather its ordering it from another store or even calling the competition to see if they have it. The Auburn location is all about customer relations

I was interested in buying a PlayStation card for my nephew. When I asked if the PlayStation gift card could be used toward the PlayStation Plus no one seemed to know. They asked the apparent manager and he said no.Turns out they were wrong, you can add it to the PlayStation wallet and then when you have enough funds you can use it to purchase the PlayStation Plus.I felt like they were dismissive because I was not purchasing a large ticket item.They really need to understand what they are selling. They lost a sale and I will not go back.

Very friendly and helpful. Wanted to play destiny 2 but didnt want to wait for forsaken to come out, they were able to explain that even if I pre-ordered from them I would need to buy destiny 2 if I want to.play then. Not wanting to have me buy two games, they explained that I could still make my purchase online from Xbox at the same price, and then proceeded to refund my money. Nice guys

I most likely wont be back to Gamestop in the near or distant future. I bought a used controller from them a little over a week ago and finally got some time to sit down and use it. When I went to put some batteries inside the battery compartment, I found this nasty brown residue on the inside. The controller is full of this disgusting brown residue. So not only did the guy at the counter convince me to buy a used controller but Gamestop doesnt even bother to look inside the equipment they take in for trade. If they did look inside, then thats even more disturbing, the fact that this disgusting mess is just overlooked and sold back to the next victim, I mean idiot, I mean a customer that walks through the door. I am honestly appalled at this, and nowadays it takes a lot for that to happen.
