They have excellent quality goods at rock bottom prices. Great service as well. Years after the purchases I am still quite satisfied and am still amazed what I got for the price.

When I went in there I was very happy with my service and quality of bed sets. I ordered a set for 1,000$ last Monday. It was suppose to be delivered Friday. I never recieved a phone call on delivery date. I emailed them and got the question, what was your invoive number? Then I gave them it and once again havent heard back from them. Three days later I call them and get the lady that sold me the bed set. She like u didnt get it delivered? Let me talk to my manager and i will call u right back. They never called me back. I will be stopping in today and if I dont get my bedset delivered I will be looking at lawyers. What kind of company takes thousands of dollarss and not deliver? This why you are closing store? Money will be returned if you dont have answers.

My living room set was delivered yesterday and I LOVE IT, the two young men that delivered it were very good,helpful,they did an awesome job.

Did not catch her name but we were met with very poor customer service by the lady working the front desk. We recieved a promotion in the mail saying it was a going out of business sale, my wife simply asked if the prices were as marked or was there still discounts to be applied. The bedderrest employee with scorb axross her face acted as if it was the most absurd question. In addition their inventory is mostly ashley fueniture abd you can find it cheaper. I will never buy anything from them because of that employees attitude.

Their prices, even massively on sale, were extremely expensive. The people were pushy.

Ordered a platform bed by Hillsdale furniture thru the store. I already paid half of the price. My invoice stated 4 weeks delivery and set-up. When I called on the status of my order, I was told that the wait time is actually 9 weeks or so....(I ordered the bed on December 2nd). So far....no bed yet (on February 5th 2018). Not impressed with wait time..... Considering getting my money back or money off my order.... Wont go back again....staff was NOT knowledgeable about timing.... getting close to 9 week mark, but no call yet.....
