I have an outdoor kitchen and had an issue where a portion collapsed and damaged my big green egg. I called Mac to see if they had the part and unfortunately did not. I had about 40 lbs of meat to smoke and was in a pickle. Watson’s showed up with a loaner big green egg to bail me out, got me the part and helped me repair my egg.We have purchased all of our outdoor furniture and bbq equipment from these guys and I have never been disappointed. Great people, great service and great product. I would encourage everyone to do business with them.

We ordered over $8,000 worth of patio furniture back in early spring with the promise it would be here and set up by July 4th for a big family party. It never showed up and we were so embarrassed that we had to cancel the celebration of our nation with the family. Even though we had paid half down we kept getting updates it will here next week or week after next (they finally credited our down payment back). It finally showed up this week and they were going to put it together so we could see the final product because it was special order with out of the normal dimensions. They texted Wed and said it would be put together Thursday afternoon which it wasnt. Got a text today that they had 2 pieces put together to look at. We went the whole season on misinformation or excuses without a patio set. Tried to buy it this morning at a discount and they would not sell it at a discount. They told me they would keep it and sell it for more morning, ha good luck with that in the winter time. I dont trust a word these people say that i have experienced their super customer service.

Watson Brothers recently cleaned two chimneys at my home. They were prompt, professional, engaging and willing to answer all of my questions. I’ve had other companies check my chimneys over the years, and even had one unscrupulous company attempt to sell me highly priced services that were not needed. None of that from Watson Brothers. Thank you Art and team!

I ended up buying a Memphis Grill from Watson Brothers over the phone after several competing dealers in Atlanta simply didnt provide the customer experience that I would have expected for someone selling a high end pellet grill. From the moment Art answered the phone, the experience was a night and day difference compared to the level of service I was provided in person at 2 dealers in my own home town. Both Art and Mac bring a level of passion and expertise to every conversation we have and I look forward to the opportunity to do more business with them in the future. I am more than 200 miles from these guys but after speaking to Mac on the phone I knew that they were the Yoder dealer for me. Then after meeting Art and his boys at delivery it was confirmed. For all Practical purposes the products are commodities it comes down to people and these are the you want to deal with.

Watsons Backyard Living is one of he best things to hit Auburn/Opelika in a long time. The product lines they carry are first rate. The owners, Mac and Art are a pleasure to deal with, and their product knowledge is excellent. The store is a great addition to our community.
